Huge beautiful city park, great for dog walking (lots of squirrels), bike riding, walking, running, picnicking, etc. Huge variety of ancient trees. Tennis courts for a fee. Lots of good photo spots. The immediate surrounding neighborhood is very cute, going a few blocks away though, things change, the homes aren't as well maintained...The Botanical Gardens is right next door. While... More

This is a gorgeous urban park, designed by botanist Henry Shaw (who famously designed the Missouri Botanical Garden). Inspired by European parks (created around building ruins), he had limestone blocks from burned The Lindell Hotel delivered to the park and placed artistically at the "fountain" pond. You'll see lily pads on the ponds in mid-to-late summer, once large enough to... More

Matchless design, superb maintenance, beautiful vistas, interesting plantings, perfect gazebos and shelters, fine public sculptures, historic greenhouses, a "safe" feeling (although it Is in the center of the city and one must be aware of that), a charming rhythm of community sports and tennis and brunch and band concerts and - yes, still - lovers, Tower Grove Park is a... In STL Forest Park gets a lot of well deserved kudos, but Tower Grove is an equal gem. It is smaller in size but densely packed with trees and a home to some great festivals, Food Truck Friday and the TG Farmer's Market. This is a great place to spend time outside.

St Louis has so many beautiful parks, museums and landscapes. This is a beautiful park - it was a day when there was no farmers market or food trucks, but I understand musical and other events are held there.

They have a farmers market in the park on Saturdays. This is my favorite park in Saint Louis. Lots of trees, just beautiful.

Had our family reunion picnic here loved the park and the trails . The pavilion was large and rookie enough to accommodate our family of over 1000. The kids enjoyed themselves the most . Will definitely return .
