Powell Hall is a gorgeous historic venue. We attended the Amos Lee concert there. The entire staff is so helpful and efficient. The seats are very comfortable. The acoustics were excellent. Would definitely come back to the Powell.

While Powell Hall may not look too impressive from the outside, inside it is a beautiful concert hall with ornate decorations. Seats were also comfortable, too, with armrests for all patrons (not shared with an adjacent seat-holder). We attended a concert there and thought the...More

Went to see a showing of North by Northwest with music provided by STL symphony. The show was great, the music beautifully done, but the show stopper was the building itself. Whatever you might see there, take time to appreciate the building and its opulence.

Saint Louis is truly blessed to have such a rich, accessible symphony right downtown. Beautiful hall, great selection of shows. I have yet to have a bad experience.

We thought that the hall was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. We arrived about a half hour prior to the performance, parked on the street about two blocks away, and people-watched in the lobby. Our seats, which were on the orchestra level, were a...More

This was our first visit ever to the St Louis Symphony and it was well worth it. We went on a Sunday so parking for the most part was free on the city streets. The police and the ushers were very friendly. The men's restroom...More
