I had a fabulous time riding a Segway with tour guide/owner Mike. Rode through Forest Park, such a beautiful place to visit. Mike was awesome, learning many facts about Forest Park and he is quite entertaining and has a lot to share. I love riding Segway and would highly recommend Zero G.

Great time!!! Park is beautiful, very well kept. Mike is knowledgeable, funny, and cares about your experience. He suggested great place to eat. Our best Segway experience so far! No dangling participles aloud...... :)

Took a Saturday morning tour of St. Louis at 1030 am. Mike, owner and tour guide, is a former/retired engineer and a gentleman. His equipment is excellent. Our group of 4 included experienced and first time adult riders. His instruction was very good. Riding was very easy. His familiarity with the city was excellent. As a tour guide he is OK, but he excels in his attentiveness and effort. He knows where to go for some great pics of the arch. This is a new company and he went out of his way to accomodate the group. Price was reasonable and our 2 hour trip actually lasted 2 3/4 hours...no extra charge. We had fun.

We made a reservation in May for an August experience with our grandson. After 2 calls from Zero G the last one being 2 weeks before our reservation, we were comfortable that the trip was on. When we arrived, the guide looked surprised, said he did not have us on the list and that he was overbooked for today. I showed him the confirmation but there was nothing that could be done! Not enough segways in the trailer to handle us. He apologized but that was little consolation for our grandson who was really looking forward to the trip! The guide offered a half price trip in the future but we get to St Louis only once every couple years. Very disappointed in this situation!

I really wanted to do a segway tour in St Louis so I called him up to only be scolded about how my voicemail is not setup. This guy is very rude and I would not trust him. Please be cautious!

I called to schedule a Segway tour of downtown St. Louis for me and my cousin from New Zealand. The very rude man that answered the phone sounded like he had partied all night and should have stayed in bed a while longer. He tried to get me to do a tour of Forest Park instead, even though I had no interest in going there. The man then said that it was too hot to do a tour today, even though we were wanting a morning time when it was cooler, and that he didn't want to do it for just two people. He flat out refused to do a tour, and I will never consider calling this company again. Very bad customer service, refusal to book a tour, and a grumpy dude on the phone? Maybe he did us a favor by not taking our business. Time to call Glide St. Louis instead!

Customer wasn't happy because there were no available openings on our tours scheduled for the day. I couldn't have been any nicer. Customer hung up on me as I tried to explain that more than 1 hour is typically required to book a tour.

Toured Forest Park today with Mike from Zero G Segway and it was a fantastic afternoon, even with the rain and cool weather. Mike is a superb guide, his knowledge of the park and St Louis history cannot be beat, and he also has a great sense of humor. This was my first time, went with my husband, and 3 teenagers. Mike educated us on safe and proper use of the Segway. We immediately felt comfortable. Did not have any worries about injuries. Looking forward to riding again with Zero G!

My brother and I booked a Segway Tour of Forest Park as a way to share time with our dad on his 80th Birthday! Mike of Zero G Touring did a great job getting us familiar with the equipment and wasted no time getting our tour started. There is a LOT of ground to cover at Forest Park and Mike seemed to hit the majority of scenic and historic areas. As first time riders, he was attentive to our riding styles and made sure we stayed together. He took a break or two as-needed and spent time showing us through the History Museum (on foot). Mike took several pictures and emailed them within 2-hours after our tour. Mike is a very personable fellow, knowledgeable and safe. His Segway's are in great condition and operated as expected. Pricing is reasonable too! I recommend this to anyone looking for a unique way to spend an afternoon. Even if you are a Forest Park expert, the amount of ground you cover via Segway, and hearing what Mike had to say along the way is what made this worth doing! Stop thinking about it, book it and enjoy!!

Mike did a tour for my group of 4 as well as another couple we met at the take off site. He was very friendly and knew a lot about various parts of Forest Park. I would recommend this company/tour and will likely go back another time.

We had in amazing experience with Zero G! Mike took us on a 2 1/2 hour tour of Forest Park. He was very conscientious and eager to make it a good experience for all of us! We had quite a few people in our group of different ages and he catered to each of us. We stopped at the History Museum and went inside where he gave us loads of information about the history of Forest Park, the 1904 World's Fair, and interesting trivia that we would have never known. We have lived in St. Louis all our lives and didn't know most of what he taught us about the park! The tour was a really good mix of riding the segways and education about the park, with the majority of the time spent riding. He also talked to us a lot when we stopped as a group while still on the segways. He was funny, telling a lot of jokes and very helpful in teaching us how to ride. He gave about 15 minutes of safety instruction at the beginning which helped a lot and was patient during the first half hour or so until we got comfortable and were off and running... it didn't take long!
I would highly recommend Zero G...Mike exceeded our expectations! We have some great family memories to take with us and will definitely be coming back to Forest Park with eyes wide open! Great job Mike! :-D
