Was leery when multiple family members from the area had never heard of it. After we arrived we had a blast! Super HOT out so the air conditioned buildings did help. Our kids loved the train ride and the little train cars. We couldve spent...More

We visited the museum two years ago and liked almost everything about it. This summer, we visited on a steaming hot day in June. The first change we noticed was not a good one. As a mobility impaired traveler, I was pleased to find on...More

Booked this visit with a groupon and saved a few bucks (Google it to get the deal). Was not sure what to expect but the museum is surprisingly nice and updated. Several buildings and outdoor areas to view. Paid extra for the train ride, our...More

Wonderful visit. Nice visitors center and very friendly. It’s 10 bucks to get in and 5 more for the mini train ride around the property. You can get it cheaper on Groupon. Not a all day visit. We were there for about 5 hours and...More

This is a really nice Transportation Museum. I am a Railfan so the Train exhibits were what I wanted to see. I had been to this Museum in 1989 so it was quite an interesting second visit. They have done quite a good job expanding...More

This museum is a transportation lovers dream. I however am just mildly interested in this type of thing, so for me it wasn't completely worth the admission price. This also could have been due to the fact that it was over 100 degrees when we...More

This is a very nice museum with a timeline of the development of our transportation. There is some reading to do, but not so much that you want to skip ahead. There is a building devoted to unusual and antique cars and outside display of...More

My Husband and I just visited. Obviously great for kids but both of us (mid-30s) really enjoyed this museum. Definitely a well funded museum. Lots of interactive exhibits. Highly recommended.
