This is a super fun museum for children. We had a solid two hours of fun. It was worth making the drive to visit. I think the museum is a big house with a building added on. Our favorite exhibit is the one in the...More

Went twice because the kids loved it so much. So many things for them to do at the Magic House. They enjoyed themselves tremendously and this in a stimulating, educational environment.

We stopped by the Magic House on our way to St. Louis. Kids are 7 and almost 9 and had a good time. They were too big for a few of the exhibits, but did enjoy the bubble exhibit and spent quite a bit of...More

Our girls are 3.5 & 2 and had a blast for over 3 hours. They would've stayed longer, but we had other plans. Even after 3 hours we still didn't get to everything. It's true it can get a little chaotic in some places, but...More

My niece and I took our great niece, and two great nephews and they had a wonderful time. The little one was just over a year, but with his big cousin at 8, he was able to participate in a lot of the tunnels and...More

We took our 4 year old grandson to Magic House and he enjoyed it very much. To me it seemed chaotic at times, with children running around unsupervised and always in a hurry. My grandson's favorite part was the long twisted slide where the kids...More

Visited here with our 12 and 9 year old grandkids friday and had a great time. Even the 12 year old forgot for a while that he was supposed to be cool rather than have a good time. He was soon running around playing with...More

A full day of fun! Every exhibit was engaging and hands on. One of the best children’s museums we’ve ever visit!

I always knew the time was coming when my son ( going on 10) would outgrow the children's museum and tire of pretending to check out groceries, pretend to be in school, etc. The Magic House was very clean and well maintained. Saying that, I...More

We enjoyed our time here. But weren’t upset when it was time to go. There are more entertaining things to do in St. Louis that cost less. Very crabby staff who obviously don’t want to be at work. There were 3 different daycare groups that...More

I'd say a couple of hours to all day. There's a lot of creative activities and open play opportunities, so most kids won't get bored, which leaves it up to how long the grown ups are willing to give it!
