To start with this place is so dirty. When you get out of your vehicle and head towards the front door, it is layered in cigarette buts. I have been back to this area for 2 months now and been watching, they haven't cleaned up any of them yet. Trash all over the place.
Go inside, have spent several hours there each time I have went, still waiting for an employer to even say hi to me or can I get you anything, how ya doing, nice to have you here BUT I do get to listen to the employees bitch non stop about supervisors, co-workers, schedules and work conditions. That is sad, customers should never hear such things.
11 of us were going to come have dinner but changed our minds when they would not let us reserve a table for a large group.

I was so looking forward to visiting this casino again after the flood damage of 2019. Took a drive up to St.Joesph yesterday evening to try out the new buffet and play the slots. The decor of the new dining facilties was very nice and the food was decent. Nothing extraordinary though and was not expecting it to be so. I played the slots for a couple of hours after dinner. I would vist more often but I never win anything on the slot machines at this casino and it really is not much fun to always lose when visiting this place. I probably would not go out of my way to visit this casino anytime soon.

We were in the Saint Joseph area and wanted to check out the Frontier Casino on the way back to the city.
As soon as we entered the complex we noticed a strong sewer or river small in the entrance / lobby area that made us a little sick. I don’t know how the star bucks and players club employees are able to work with the strong smell in that area and why doesn’t the management do something about it?
We went into their somewhat small casino and played for a short time then hit the road.
When we are in the area in a few months we might come back by to see if our luck is better and give the Casino another chance.
Forget having lunch or dinner there because of the strong sewer or river smell but hopefully they will clean that up.

Machines are very tight (unless you spend big bucks or are a pet). Even if you get a bonus game (usually after $100 in) the results SUCK! Wouldn't recommend most of the food unless a very talented chef is cooking (and we all know who he is). No bar service usually. All the seating is uncomfortable. And their point perks amount to nothing.

Run customers people Run, throw your money away anywhere else then here!! I moved from South Texas. and Everyone walks around like they’re dead and complains about how unhappy with they are about their job. The atmosphere is very sad and depressing. Don’t go to offen or you may start feeling that same way?

We have been playing here for years. Some days are ok, good and some days our money is gone in a hour. I’m talking a few hundred gone. We put a lot of money in and don’t see enough back. It is fun when you’re winning though, but once again not much of a payout. It’s nice that there is complementary drinks. There food is good from winners grill. It’s good there’s drawings too. Apparently it’s not too bad; because we keep going back. hoping to hit a jackpot 😉 we do see other people do it. Oh and the staff is nice!

The casino is located next to the Missouri River. Everything is located on the first floor. There are plenty of machines to choose from and the help is very friendly. They also have a buffet restaurant which is reasonably priced and has a variety of food to choose from.
They close from 2:30 p.m to I believe 4:00 p.m. Unfortunately I arrived around 2:10 so the food was not as hot as it should have been. Despite that, I had a great time.

We were given a free meal to go and then told we couldn't take the free soda out of the casino even though it was included with the meal. Definitely a waste of time going to this hole in the wall with slot machines that don't pay out (if they actually work). We will not be going back here.

We (My fiancé and I) went to St Jo Frontier Casino and had the absolute worst experience ever! We walked in and walked around. He went and got a beer and I got a tea. He started playing blackjack at a table with a group of 4 guys. They all were having a blast and winning! After about 3 hours one of the guys was asked to leave (he had probably cashed in for $800-900 dollars) They told him he needed to leave because of the way he was acting. All the guys were laughing and having a great time (I guess it is grounds for leaving if you are laughing and having fun). Because that guy left I decided to take his spot at the table to keep the table full and going in the same flow. About 10 minutes later (after I sat down) another guy who was absolutely the most well behaved by setting there quietly drinking WATER was told he was to drunk and needed to leave! He may have had 4 beers in 4 hours! After that my fiancé asked to speak with the Pit Boss because he was upset. The Pit Boss tried to upset him enough to kick him out but he remained civil the entire time asking for an explanation on why they keep kicking people out. So we started playing and didn't play but 2 hands and were asked to leave because of the way we were acting at the table. Which was absurd! He were just playing cards. The dealer was absolutely in utter shock at how they did this to all of us. The lady who was serving the table was in shock as well! She couldn't believe it. She was like I served the table all night and nobody was ever to drunk or anything! When I asked to speak with someone in charge on why we were asked to leave we were told they don't have to tell us why. So if you are planning on winning money DON'T go to this casino...they don't want you to win so when you start winning they kick you out! Best part is everyone left WINNING! We didn't give that Casino ANY MONEY except for drinks and tips to the dealer and server.

First let me say that we are sorry for any embarrassment this may have caused you and your fiancé. Missouri has very tough regulations and enforcement when it comes to serving alcoholic beverages in our casino. The situation is currently being looked into. Is there bus service from Kansas City area to the casino? I heard about one for $12 & get a complimentary buffet but can't find any info on the web to see pick up/drop off sites or times. Haven't been to your casino & would love to try it out. Thanks for any info you can give me.

Sorry for the delay in answering the WI FI in Livingston MT is a bit hit and miss. I can't help with this question, as we were staying in St Jo. And used the standard rate $8 cab. I'm sure if you rang the casino they could help.
