The spa itself is very beautiful. The walk down the hallway to reception is just so unique and beautiful. The spa is very relaxing. Unfortunately, you can hear the lodge's new construction in the women's relaxation room. There are other quiet areas in the spa where you can't hear it as much. Expect to pay at least double for services... More

I planned a spa day for me and my husband on a weekend getaway. I chose this one because it was located in the same area as where we were staying and for the amenities. This is what makes it worth the cost...the WHOLE day of your appointment you're privileged to use the steam room, sauna, and hot pool on... More

This is a must do especially for couples. The Grotto pool is very relaxing. The massages were amazing as well. The staff definitely was here to make sure your experience was 100% satisfactory. From making sure you knew the locations of everything down to a simple glass of water. absolutely amazing.

Very beautiful. Nice place to go to be pampered. But be prepared to get your wallet out. Most items were two time more than what I normally pay. Friendly staff.

My 60 minute massage was $180 with a $30 service charge. Not sure what a service charge is for. The facility was state of the art... Beautiful and relaxing. They give you a nice robe to relax in, have hot tubs, pools, decks to relax on, water, snacks, etc. the heated beds and spacious massage rooms were perfect. Expensive but... More

It was worth the wait.... we are owners at the Big Cedar Wilderness Club and have been around a few years as they have discussed the plans to build a new spa... I was able to take some friends last weekend and we had a wonderful time. It was worth the wait. Mr. and Mrs Morris you have done it... More

I visited the new spa while on our annual stay at Big Cedar and it was amazing! While $145-$165 for a massage seems very expensive, you must consider what you get for your money. It is so much more than a massage. I booked on a snowy morning just before noon for a 4:15 appointment. The receptionist encouraged me to... More
