Lovely walks in lovely surroundings. Only advise would be if you are new to the park take a photo of the map board showing the walking routes so you dont get lost. Cafe for refreshments and plenty of free parking too

Daisy nook is a lovely day out, it's really good for a few hours walk, it has playground for children, a cafe and some times people with horses just riding around, also in the children's holidays they have a fair on.

Yay at last the garden centre café has finally started to stock a few gluten free cakes. They are only pre packed ones but it's better than what they had before which was nothing. Looking forward to the time when they start to offer home...More

An oasis of calm in an urban environment. Great for getting away for a walk and areas for quiet contemplation.

We’d ridden horses into the park from one end and this time parked near Crime Lake. We walked round the lake and alongside the disused canal, up to Daisy Nook. It was a lovely place for a Boxing Day walk and there were many others...More
