The scenery is outstanding! The course is quite challenging for us high handicappers, but not daunting. The beauty of the farmlands and woods is worth every lost ball. The staff is very friendly and it feels like you're on a private course. We're very grateful that we gave it a try and became members for our stay at the lake. Thank you Spencer!

We visit Lake of the Ozarks every year and play Deer Case every year.
This course is very pretty but some of the holes are very challenging!
The clubhouse is in a valley and some of the holes rise on the slopes above. On #1 & #10, a perfect tee shot will leave you in a position where you are tempted to grab your long iron and try to clear the picturesque lake that borders #1 & #10. I have a few balls on the bottom of that lake from both fairways! On #11, if you slice it is easy to find the edge and potentially roll down 10+ feet.
Each hole is unique, beautiful and challenging..
At the turn, a small but delightful snack bar will fix you up with some excellent food, soft and hard drinks as well as beer. Prices for food are reasonable.
I've played quite a few of the courses in the area and this is the best buy at the Lake!
Monday is Senior day and green;s fees are $35 all day.
If you are in the Lake of the Ozarks area, check this place out!

We visit Lake of the Ozarks every year and play Deer Case every year. I have a love-hate relationship with this course. It is drop dead gorgeous but some of the holes leave me talking to myself (mumbling is more accurate)! The (very nice) clubhouse is in a fairly deep valley and many of the holes rise on the slopes above. On #11, if you have even a slight fade (slice) is easy to find the edge and potentially roll down 5-10 feet. #12 is a long par 3 uphill that I have yet to par. On #10, a perfect tee shot will leave you in a position where you are tempted to grab your long iron and try to clear the picturesque lake that borders #1 & #10. I can't tell you how many balls I've fed that lake!
But each hole is unique and beautiful.
At the turn, a small but delightful snack bar will fix you up with some excellent food, soft and hard drinks as well as beer. Prices for food are reasonable.
We were going out to eat afterward so I took a change of clothes and used their shower in eth men's locker room.

You may end up mumbling on some of the holes , but hey, that's golf!

We enjoyed the layout of the course but it was in need of manicuring and dressing up. There was a disorganized situation at the start of the round but finally it was worked out. We teed off about an half an hour late though.
Based on what we were told many of their problems stem from needing more help. Seems to be the world we live in today!

Tons of elevation changes, 5 tee boxes make it great for any skill level. Greens and fairways were in great shape, and they had a friendly staff.

Awesome views, challenging holes, but such a cool course!!!!
My buddy and I had an awesome time! We loved driving up the steep trails and feeling like we were golfing on a mountain, then a beautiful valley, then back again multiple times. So fun!

Played here last year by accident driving by. We have made reservations for this year. It was great scenery, challenging course, well maintained and great staff.

Nice course, great $ value.
Scenery, Even with cart a lot of hills to walk some water holes are challenging.

My wife and I played here while on vacation. It’s a bit out of the way but well worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The course is a beauty with several changes in elevation but is very playable regardless of golf experience. Tees, fairways and greens were immaculate. We played as a twosome in three hours. The course could use better signage to help golfers navigate the course and there was no beverage cart. We played for $26 each which is a real value for the area.

This course is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is the only course my husband goes to anymore. It’s definitely his favorite.
