Interesting memories of Amtrak and Rail Road items from years back. The working model train display was fun to 'operate', and also educational. Was neat to actually be inside real RR cars for the displays. Free and easy to walk to from the Depot Inn. Great for RR enthusiasts and history lovers as well!

This is a railfan museum. If you're not a railfan you won't like it, but we enjoyed it. It only takes a few minutes to see the exhibits. It's a one minute walk from the hotel.

We were a bit disappointed as the rail cars weren’t open. They are closed because they are being relocated down the street in the near future. We were able to look at RR memorabilia located in the hallways of the Depot Inn hotel. It just wasn’t what we expected.

It’s very interesting to see all of the vintage memorabilia of train travel. There’s also a fun train layout to run inside.

It's very advertisement heavy but it's an interesting walkthrough. Would like to have audio added in the event someone might want more info.

Very interesting display!! It is well arranged and is interesting to see the changes of Amtrak over the years. The highlight is the model train display with all the moving parts - fun to watch!

While staying at the Depot Inn & Suites we learned of the Amtrak Exhibit. What a treat. Two box cars filled with Amtrak Train Memorabilia, is interesting for kids from 2 to 102+. It was free for the enjoyment. A whole model train exhibit with two trains making their runs through the mountains and towns.
You will not be disappointed.

This was more for the adults of the group, but it had a neat array of memorabilia to look at, and the kids enjoyed watching the model train set up!
