We had just a few days in Kansas City, which was filled with a conference. However, we had a little free time between arriving at MCI/KCI and checking into the hotel, so we opted to do the Arrowhead Stadium tour, and we were not disappointed. We love sports, especially football. We enjoy watching the Chiefs but would not consider ourselves die-hard fans (we enjoy college football more than professional). HOWEVER, this tour was terrific, and we left with lots of fun facts and tons of historical information. I will be honest, but we look forward to watching the Chiefs play this weekend. The tour is a little pricey, and my husband balked at the price, but somewhere mid-tour, as we walked back in from the sidelines of the 50-yard line, he turned to me and said, 'This tour was worth EVERY penny.' We had Jackie, who was a wonderful tour guide. She knew all the ins and outs of the stadium and lots of fun facts. During our tour, the elevator stopped working, and we couldn't get down to the floor she wanted to take us to. So, after a short wait, she found a different way to get where we needed to go and, in the process, showed us lots of other cool things. The press room was amazing—the entire group fell silent as we took in the view and the massiveness of the stadium. The locker room was a top favorite to visit, and of course, the elevator that Taylor uses to get to the Kelce family and friends box was a lot of fun (not on the tour, but the elevator we got to use!).

The tour delivered what it said - access to everything from the sidelines to the press box and locker rooms. At first it felt like an advertisement for private suites but eventually you start to see the complexity of running a relatively old stadium and the people involved. If you want to see the field laid out for football, go when there's football happening. Otherwise it might be set up for a concert or soccer game. It was clear that our guide had been doing this a while and was both knowledgeable and passionate.

This is a great thing to do in KC. The tour starts in the Pro Shop and you go to the press room where the players speak after games. You go to the suites and the private clubs. You get to go in the press box and look into the Hunt apartment (but you cant go inside) You get to go onto the field sidelines (dont touch the grass) where you shout and can hear the echo of the loudest stadium in football. You end up in the Chidefs Hall of Fame and see the Lombardi trophies (and the Dallas Texans trophy) . Blake was a great tour guide and interacted with the kids well.

Scheduling this tour was a breeze and customer service was easy to work with. There was not space on the group tour for our party of 7 so the staff opened a private tour time slot for us. We had 18-84 year olds and they reserved a wheelchair for my parents. Be prepared to walk as this tour shows you everything!!! Amazing to see behind the scenes of a team we’ve followed for a lifetime. Even the kids who don’t follow NFL in our group were in awe of the stadium and locker room. Huge shout out to our tour guide, Lee!!! The most amazing facts from a man who lived the history of the stadium. His passion, experience and storytelling skills made this day a once in a lifetime experience for our group! Generous with his time and brilliant and entertaining throughout! I wish we had not waited so long to schedule this as a family experience. Perfect Christmas gift!!!

We had a great time at Arrowhead! I was a bit skeptical about us showing up in rival (Texans) gear, but I can't say enough about how great our whole experience was. The staff was very friendly and helped us find our seats. The fans gave us a good natured, hard time, and after we had made friends for the day. The whole game day experience was outstanding! I would definitely come back for another game!

Warning Warning Don’t use ride share for a concert !!
Went to concert that last Saturday learned never count on a ride share after concert at Arrowhead it was a cluster F !!
I don’t blame Arrowhead venue this review is a warning from a person that spent almost an hour getting canceled multi times from both Uber and Lyft !!
Learn from horror story it’s a nightmare I was stranded with 100’s of people trying to get either a cab or ride share out of Arrowhead which is surrounded with no safe options to get a place !!

The heat index was over 100° today. The monster jam pit party was held in a parking lot. Monster jam was selling a 17 oz bottle of water that cost two dollars at the convenience store for $6.85 plus tax. Once you are in you cannot leave. That is price gouging does not represent market prices and is absolutely unacceptable. Shame on you!

My husband did a stadium tour here one day during our week-long trip in KCMO. The tour itself was limited due to it being the day before the big NFL opening game the first week of September yet it was still the same price?! Although it was a Wednesday early afternoon, the tour consisted of a large group likely because so many people were in town for the big game the following day. The guide was informative and the tour was interesting.

If you are visiting Kansas City during the off season I highly recommend doing the stadium tour! It is well worth the money and you get some great views around the stadium. They even let you down onto the sideline of the field. Very informative and a fun way to see the stadium if you can't catch a game.

The first time I visited Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, I was in the company of a relative who had close ties to the Kansas City Chiefs. He took us on a tour of the stadium, including the Chiefs' locker room where I was invited to sit in Hall of Fame quarterback Len Dawson's rocking chair. Opened in 1972, Arrowhead has a capacity of 76,416, is the sixth largest stadium in the National Football League, the largest sports facility in Missouri and is part of the Truman Sports Complex with adjacent Kauffman Stadium, home to the Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball. It has had an influence on the design of several future NFL stadiums. One of the most attractive stadiums in the country, with convenient accessibility and ample parking facilities, it has hosted many college championship football games and national and international soccer matches over the years. One of the most popular features of Arrowhead Stadium is the Hall of Honor, a 26,000-square-foot museum devoted to the history of the Chiefs franchise and the American Football League, which was founded by Chiefs owner Lamar Hunt. It includes a Ring of Honor, which features 44 former players and franchise contributors who made historic contributions to the success of the Chiefs. Among them are Lamar Hunt, Len Dawson, Hank Stram, Willie Lanier, Mike Garrett, Bobby Bell, Buck Buchanan, E.J. Holub, Jim Tyrer, Otis Taylor, Tony Gonzalez and Tim Grunhard. And the rocking chair is there, too.

Quick little weekend jaunt to KC to catch a Chiefs game. Nice stadium with easy in & out parking located next door to the KC Royals stadium. Folks working the stadium were friendly and there was quite a bit of various food options and of course being an NFL stadium it's going to be expensive but wasn't as bad as Met Life in New Jersey as far as food & drink prices go. When the crowd gets into the game it's a fun time and you have fireworks going off, the chanting, etc.

I watch Chiefs games here every once in a while and every time I go I have lots of fun! The staff at Arrowhead always do their best to ensure a great fan experience, and the Kansas City Chiefs put in an even greater effort in all the games that they win. I'm especially glad to root for this team since I'm also part Cherokee. Chiefs Kingdom!

We took a private tour of Arrowhead Stadium, which after weeks all over the mid-west, turned out to be the highlight for our son (14). Our guide, Al, was friendly, and knowledgeable, and made us lifelong fans instead of casual fans. The tour brought us to the suits, the tunnels, a quick look into the locker rooms (under construction at the time), and Mr. Hunt's private apartment.
All ended at the Super Bowl trophy.

Highly recommended!!!

We drove 550 miles from Nashville to the stadium in a tour bus, bought a parking pass, which they didn’t allow us to park where we paid. They attempted to tow us. Not friendly. Won’t ever go back, they could care less.

Took my father for a bucket list trip to see his favorite team. Thé stadium was amazing. Thé atmosphère and the fans were friendly and incredible. Yea it was loud but that was awesome to see the fans love their team. All cashless beer and drinks were expensive but that’s true everywhere. We never saw a tailgate party before. The fans were friendly offered drinks.

Now the bad part (for us). This has nothing to do with the stadium I think so they get a 5 star. Or the fans. They also a five star or more. My dad is 70 and we didn’t know the fans stand up the entire game. All I would caution is that if you have mobility issues get a seat in the accommodation section. Otherwise you will walk a long ways to get to the stadium (they drop you off pretty far by taxi or Uber) and then you will likely stand most of if not the entire game. Again not a criticism just information.

We were from Canada so we took a cab out to the stadium. Getting there was easy. Getting home was a nightmare. There are currently no cabs we were told (contract issue with the stadium) so we had to download Lyft or Uber. I couldn’t get a signal so some lovely fan let me use her hotspot. She and her husband were so kind. We waited for an hour and they were there before us already waiting an hour. So be prepared for a looong wait. In the end we stole a lyft from someone else but my dad had to get home. He and I were pooped. $20 there and $40 home.

Best sporting event I’ve ever been to but the getting home would make me never go back.

Added a photo of my view. Was on 120 section.
