We took our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter there for an adventure and it did not disappoint! They had crafts for children of all ages and the best part is that it is free. Thank you Hallmark for this service — we will go again!

Visiting from out of town and decided on a visit after reading about this place. Wasn’t sure if it would be a good fit, but the 11 year old boy loved it! Not so much of a “children’s museum” as a young artists center. Water...More

At Hallmark Cards, near Crown Center this is free for all. Younger children love the experience of creating all kinds of crafts from paper, paints, puzzle stamps, etc. It's a 45 minute session so parents, help pace them so they get to it all. It's...More

We took our grandson here. He isn't much of an arts and crafts kid, so he just went around from place to place. The exhibit museum was interesting!

If you have small children this is a great time. Bright and colorful. Great art type projects. Kids walk out with a big bag of things they have created and a smile.

Most reviews state this is for a younger audience, and even the ticket provider stated it was for littles. HOWEVER, my 14 year old loved it and I noticed the parents and teenage counselors were enjoying it as much.

Best value (FREE!!) and most fun kid activity of our trip. Our son loved every minute inside Kaleidoscope and didn't want to leave when our hour was up. There were a ton of kids from school groups there the day we visited and it was...More

This is a charming exhibit that is completely free. It reminds me of the Crayola Experience in Orlando but it doesn’t cost $20 to get in. There are numerous craft stations for kids to participate in. Because you’re only allowed in for an hour there’s...More

We loved our time here. Plenty to do and totally free! My 3, 6 and 8 year olds were all enthralled. We could have definitely stayed longer.

The place is great but I think boys that age would get bored quickly.

Yes, it is first come, first serve. There is no entry fee. I think they run it by sessions...in other words I think you can get in line and get in 2 or 3 different times each day. (We got there before 9:00 a.m. and just... More

Hours are different each day. They open session times rather than keep the facility open during all day. I can't post a specific website address but search for hallmark kaleidoscope calendar and you ought to find their site... More
