If you're looking for an interesting way to start your evening or a great place to stop during your night, this is it! You have to walk behind the building for the entrance and then the hostess leads you into the basement where the lighting...More

The girls leave for SC tomorrow. Nice thought for reservation to "the" KC speakeasy from the Pendergast Days! Yes, they have their own bourbon. It's all good - except for the lighting. Be prepared to go back in time to enjoy a few quiet, high-energy...More

Loved the atmosphere and the original building features. Felt like I stepped back in time. A little musky as it is in a basement and a little pricy but worth the experience.

We went here for some post-holiday drinks with friends. We had a party of 6 and a reservation for 8:30. I think the size of our party definitely impacted our experience, but I'll start with the positives: 1. The drinks are fun and so, so...More

I've been to Manifesto twice and greatly enjoyed both times. It's a dimly lit mixology bar in the basement of the historic Rieger hotel in downtown KC's Crossroads District. The bar is small, and lit primarily with candles to create an intimate setting. There aren't...More

These mixologists have created the best drinks you can find just about anywhere in the U.S. I don't think anyone who has been there can argue that I am wrong. I have been there many times, and have never once been anything but 100% satisfied...More

Fantastic cocktail bar-- I'm not a big cocktail person and I've enjoyed every drink I've gotten here, particularly the Red Bell, Winter squash cocktail, and the ginger cocktail. Neat atmosphere, but very small so avoid busy weekends if you want a seat. I had to...More
