I loved the body and foot massage. It was deep tissue but I didn’t have to ask him to go softer. I felt great for days. I will say the interior is getting shabby and the music was atrocious but still loved it. I didn’t know they gave a discount for cash so ask for it. I’m not sure they are really qualified but with all clothes on I felt ok about it. I try to go every time I’m in town. It does take some getting used to , to have everyone in the same room but I felt great.

I’ve gone here for years and when I’m in town if I have time, try to go. We went over the Labor Day weekend and I was terribly disappointed. Initially, while getting the massage it was so bad, if I would have been alone, I would have walked out. On the foot massage part, the guy I had went through the motions of a normal foot massage but applied ZERO pressure. 10 minutes into it, I just about left. But I didn’t want to make it uncomfortable for the person that I came with so I stayed for what was the single worst foot massage ever. The back part of the session was only slightly better as there was some pressure applied but I mostly think he was resting. Here’s the interesting part, as I thought I just got a poor masseur, the EXACT same thing happened massage wise with the person I went with. He said he would have left had he been there alone. Zero pressure on the massage. We think it’s a scam they were running. I have a short fairly heave younger guy and Johnny grad a really thinly Asian younger guy with an arm tattoo. Skip this place.

I am a big fan of massage. I love foot massages. However, this was my first and last trip to Imperial in Westport. The place was dirty and run down. It didn't seem to have air conditioning. The seats were very close. I felt worried about the cleanliness in general. The price was $28 for a thirty minute foot and fifteen body. The pressure was dreadful. The foot was super light and the guy barely moved his hands around. The body part was digging elbows into me super hard and the guy came down on both knees. My knees still feel sore ten-hours later. This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a foot massage place. I would advise to skip it.

I guess I got what I paid for. Woman upfront pushed me to do a neck shoulder massage and I regret it. Some sort of precusion massage, never heard of it and wasn't sure if maybe it should be done the way he was doing it. He was literally jabbing his elbow into my neck and back from the air downward in a hard motion. I can only imagine this is what it feels like to be beat up by a sumo wrestler! The pain I've been feeling since I went there has been worsening and I think I need medical attention. If you decide to go here only let them massage your feet. I am quite certain they are NOT qualified to do regular massages!

Yes it's unbelievable. Cash $28 for a full hour of foot massage that starts with some facial and cranial, even ear lobe massaging and some shoulder work. When you first walk in you might be taken aback to see rows of chairs (maybe 16?) in a large open area with no partitions in a dimly lit space. I couldn't help feeling like I was in a massage sweat shop. The pressure was good but it wasn't relaxing for me because of the setting. If you just want heavy pressure massage on your feet and shoulders and don't care about the setting then this works for you.
