I've attended several Lyric Opera events here. You feel like you are in a whole new world whether it's day or evening--the way the glass windows show off the surrounding area and the expansive feel of the huge lobby. Beautiful!

The Kauffman has two main theaters, and both of them are gorgeous, but what is really wonderful is the huge glass view of downtown KC, especially at night! They have performances pretty much nightly, so you'll have plenty of different options to choose from.

My Bride and I saw Ben Folds and the KC Symphony on 9/25/18 and were blown away. Neither of us have ever been to an orchestra/symphony/opera and we were astounded by the experience. Of course, Ben Folds is not your typical experience when going to...More

This should be on a list of must do’s in Kansas City! The architecture alone is stunning and taking in the symphony or any performance going on there is memorable!! The views from the building out over the city are beautiful- especially at night!!! The...More

Great building. Worth a drive by even if you don't go to a show. Love to drive under the cables and look up at the glass

I would strongly recommend it. Parking is limited and you could pay at time of parking if spaces are available, but pre-paying by buying on-line is your best bet. You could also do street parking but i would not recommend it
