A lovely collection of perennials, annual flowers, and bushes with water effects makes one want to take a book to read. Parking is next to the gardens plus large green space for walking.

Due to the planning and architecture of this fantastic garden (gardens, actually), there a great deal to see (and smell!) in a very small space, relatively speaking. Excellent for folks of any age and any ability, the gardens are chock full of beautiful plants and specimen trees. The fountains are entertaining and offer the photographer a great deal of subject... My then fiancé and I were eating at Gates BBQ then decided to walk along brush creek for a while. We ended up at this garden. It was so clean and nice to walk around. The fountains were nice and relaxing. We sat and just took it all in. It would be a great place to meet a couple friends... More

The small garden near the plaza can be visited often because the staff is changing out the annuals nearly every month in the growing season. The garden is elegantly done with blooming trees and perennials as well as intricately designed flower beds. The main fountain with dancing girls is a charming center piece. Since it seldom seems crowded, visitors can... More

Tucked away out of sight and the noise of life in the city, the Kauffman Memorial is a godsend for those seeking a quiet and reflective respite. A small botanical garden, visitors will find many exquisite and well manicured gardens through which to wander. Locals enjoy sitting in the small atrium building and reading or just relaxing.

This is a very well kept and delightful garden. There were lots of plantings there to attract butterflies and, at the time I went, there were Monarchs attracted to these plants. There is no charge and when you get done with this garden, you can walk around the water feature of the performing arts center across the street.

Somehow I had overlooked this memorial garden before but now that I've gone, I'll go back during different seasons. It's small but so beautiful with flowers and trees and fountains. A quick visit and nice walking area with great photo ops.

If you are looking for the perfect place to sit, read, and relax there isn't a better place in the city. The gardens are perfectly laid out so there are hidden delights around every corner. Watch out for the swarms of butterflies :)

The garden is small in square footage but has an ever changing assortments of flowers. I have sat on the wooded bench watching birds play in the fountain with little care in the world. It is a refreshing place to be with the city all around.
