We stopped here as a halfway point of our Segway tour and it was stunning. A few fountains, of all different sizes, side-by-side graves (husband and wife) - talk about romantic sentiment! - and a wide variety of plants and flowers! Absolutely gorgeous.

I sometimes forget this little gem is right here in our bacck yard. But every time I visit, I come away with a deep sense of peace. No matter what the season, you'll find something interesting. Check out the Orangerie (complete with cat!), the shallow ponds & the jumping fountains around back. Ahhhh...

It's worth the time to see this beautiful garden and fountains! Just off the beaten path and it's as if you're in a whole other world that's relaxed, quite and beautiful. It is small so it's perfect to fit in between visits of attractions that require far more time. Just a lovely, lovely spot.

All the reviews I read about this garden were great so my expectations were to see more in there.Garden is very neat and has a variety of flowers. If you are coming to visit from far I highly recommend you plan more activities in the area besides just exploring this garden,it won't take you more than 30 minutes to literally see... Having been born and raised in KC we knew who the Kauffman's were. This tranquil garden was an easy drive from the Plaza area and a nice spot to sit and relax. I enjoy visiting gardens and this one did not disappoint.

What a beautiful garden. It is was full of lovely sounds and sights. It was not a huge area, but it had fountains, waterfalls and many native plants. What an escape from the city just feet away.

This beautiful memorial to two of Kansas City's most benevolent couple. The gardens and water features are beautiful. Take a beautiful stroll through the blooms. Check out the "Orchids". Sit and relax under the shade trees on the wide benches. If you go in June you will have to dodge the many bridal parties that are here to be photographed.... More

What a gem! This little garden is a wonderful place to relax, read a book, or learn a little bit more about flowers and plants. Each plant is marked with a plaque that tells you what it is, which was very helpful for me. I went on 6/29 and there were a lot of friendly little pollinating bugs in the... More

Although this is a smaller botanical garden, it does not lack in beauty and serenity. It is extremely well kept and best of all, FREE! The flowers are seasonal so some things were flowering and some had just finished. The pool and statuary was beautiful. Even the parking lot was serene! It's not an alldayer but well worth going to... More
