Easy to Get Lost

This is a huge downtown complex. It is easy to get lost. But there is a lot to see and do, especially for children. On a hot day it would be an excellent place to spend the day.

Very easy to get around and spend time at. Enjoyed dining at Fritz's and walking through the Crown Center.

If you are looking for a great shopping mall with lots of stores this is probably not the place. If you are looking for something to do with the kids I highly recommend it. There are plenty of kid friendly activities (several are even free) and places to eat, plus at the right time you can even watch them make... More

A few nice shops and plenty of restaurants. Function Junction is a really cool store. Easy parking in the ramp, spent some money at a shop, use the voucher you receive to go against parking fees. Ended up parking for free. Convenient location to walk over to the War Memorial and Union Station.

We were on a schedule and didn't spend enough time here. There were some really nice shops I'd like to hit next time.

I love Crown Center, good places to eat and shop. The main issue I have, is why does it close at 6pm on Saturday evening.

You could spend all day at Crown Center! There are lots of shops and eateries that will keep you and your family busy. Then when you are all done at Crown Center, use the Link to walk safely over to Union Station for some more fun! Great way to explore and stay busy!

It was 105 degrees outside, thankfully, we were able to keep cool in this upscale shopping mall. We met Shakespear for the Kansas city shakes festival, dined in some nice little restaurants and went to Halls a large upscale department store in the center. Neat, Clean, and stylish. We especially liked the waterfall off the main lobby and the tea... More

The Crown Center is easily accessible from the Westin, and is the home to some nice stores and some good restaurants, including a couple that are great for children. The mall is very bright and sunny, very clean, and we enjoyed walking around. We visited the Hall's department store, the Crayola store, ate at Fitzy's, shopped at Function Junction, and... More

I was shocked to see how run down Crown Center has become in the past 9.5 years since we were last there. Everyplace could use a good cleaning up. The lack of stores was also surprising. We had a fabulous time last time. This time, nothing caught our attention long enough to stay. They do have a temporary visiting exhibit... More
