I love this place! It's really cool to see a thriving shopping mall that does not hold any major retailers. The only well-known establishments in the mall are a Starbucks and an Einstein Bros. Bagels shop. Also, there is a massive Crayola retail store. Inside, you can purchase a wide variety of Crayola products ranging from crayons, to oil pastels, to craft kits! There is a massive selection of coloring books, how to draw books, and even some Crayola licensed merchandise.

I consider myself lucky to have regular access to the great merchandise being sold here. I am originally from Miami, and I never feel as if I am missing out on the fashion/style trends of the moment. Come to see the pieces of world renowned designers in a little less formal, yet still personal venue, as compared to the larger city flagships for many coveted brands.
End of Season sales are amazing. Any trip I am about to venture off on, I make a point of stopping in, because I know that no matter what I buy, I will be a standout amongst the stylish in my soon to be destination. I am generally a men’s clothing customer, so I have developed a repaired with that group of salespeople over the years, however, any of the sales staff is quite personable and sincere in their opinions. Their limited furniture items are always interesting and unique, in the best way. That I get to share in a local family’s grand success story is the icing on the cake. Shop here, shop local, look like a million bucks.

We went with a KC native & she was stunned to see sooo many stores & eateries out of business......very sad.

Hall's upscale department store was the only place worth going to......& they had lot's of propel there and employees that actually seemed to enjoy being there!!

Free covered parking.

Crown Center used to be pretty awesome, but there's not a lot left there anymore except for experiences like Lego, Sea Life, etc. versus actual retail shops. We come on a fairly regular basis to visit the Coterie Theater, which is great; however, the food court is tiny, and most of the seating has been removed. There's usually a very long line at the train restaurant. Halls and the Crayola store are worth a look.

We were in the area to celebrate our grandson's 5th birthday. After spending time at Union Station, we walked over to Crown Center to visit some shops. Due to COVID not all places were open. We did get to walk around & have a snack, then eat in the food court. The tables were distanced & we saw the tables being cleaned after anybody left.

This was mine and my husbands first ever visit to Kansas City Missouri. We were only there for 3 days but my favorite place to visit was Crown Center. Infact we went 4 times in 3 days. They have a restaurant there called Fritz`s. It is so cool. Its a train station. A little train brings your food to the table from up above. You have to see it to know what I mean. They also have the Hallmark Center where they show you how Hallmark Cards are made. It also has many stores that we dont have in our malls at home. We are planing another trip there soon. If you get the chance you need to go.

What a neat place to spend a few days. They've got two outstanding hotels, a shopping center, theatres and a bunch of free events. Just about everything is connected by a glass walkway. Ice skating in the winter. Tons of stuff for families. And the complex is central to other attractions in town.

If your trip to Crown Center is to shop at Halls, don't waste your time or money. Halls customer service is horrible and the clerks are rude and impertinent. When clerks are questioned regarding pricing/policies, many times they were caught being dishonest. Be sure to check the pricing and your receipt because their sales are deceitful. Also, a word of warning, they have a 30-day return/exchange policy. Who ever heard of such a short turnaround? Especially, around holidays when gifts are bought well in advance. The Plaza is a better shopping alternative.

This is a fun place to visit with family and friends. It is not your traditional shopping center so don't look for American Eagler, etc. There are some shops. The big attractions at this place are the aquarium, legoland mini, the train restaurant (Fritz's ) where your food is delivered by train, the crayola restaurant and other speciality shops. It is part of the Crown Center hotel which is a beautiful destination in itself. At holidays they have choirs performing which makes it so festive. They have nice fountains out front which used to be a fun place for the kids to play but they ended that fun last year. They have outdoor concerts and movies which is a very family friendly thing. Also, festivals are hosted here such as the Irish fest. A safe, fun place to visit. They have a nice parking garage so parking is not usually an issue.
