2 levels. Signage defines areas well. Lots of computers. Lots of sections. Beautifully decorated. Not sure if this was the norm but could here the kids all over the building from youth section. If need quite might want to check out first.

The Genealogical Library on the third floor is excellent. If one has a library card, then many online resources are available at no cost. The best known of these is the Ancestry environment.
The audiobook and video portions on the first floor are excellent.
