The owners were very helpful and pleasant. I recommend the fuel injected gas cart since it easily climbs the most steep hills with 4 persons aboard. The cart did not need refueling for the entire week and did not need to be plugged in at night like the electric ones. Just get in and go!

Renting a golf cart from Town Around was completely seamless. Fernanda, Silver and David all were excellent to deal with before and during our stay in Sayulita.
Fernanda was excellent with correspondence prior to arrival and making the deposit was easy. Our car was delivered because we were arriving past the Sunday office hours and we dealt with the paperwork the next day. Silver was fun and efficient to deal with at the office. When we dropped the cart off, David even drove us back to our rental knowing mobility was an issue.
Thank you for your wonderful service. The golf cart really helped us enjoy your wonderful city.

I highly recommend renting a golf cart with Town Around! Excellent customer service. The lovely gentleman in the office was so friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations and advice about navigating around Sayulita. The carts are very reliable, well-maintained and a pleasure to drive (we drove our friends cart from another company so I can vouch that Town Around's carts are superior)!

We love renting from Town Around! We've been renting from them for 3 or 4 years. We rent a cart for two weeks and they're always great about picking us up at the bus station or dropping us off, it's never a hassle to refill our gasoline (if it's even needed). Customer service is top notch - efficient, pleasant, helpful.

We rented two 4 person gas powered carts over the holiday rush. So thankful they were able to deliver the carts to our hotel so we could get into town the night we landed. I was able to coordinate everything via email and all was well upon our arrival in Sayulita!!!

Great experience. Silver was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. They dropped off the golf cart at my hotel, and were able to pick it up from there because I was running tight for a flight.
If going to Sayulita again, I would use Town Around.
If going to Sayulita again, I would use Town Around.

We recently rented a golf cart from Town Around for a week. They were awesome. The golf cart was right where they said it would be and had great instructions as to how to use it, etc. The cart worked great and we had no issues. We sadly had a small accident during the week (if you don't know this, the roads in Sayulita can be steep and rocky). No one was hurt thankfully but the cart sustained some scratches. When we went to return it, they were MORE than fair on the price of the damage and were definitely more concerned about our safety and comfort than the damage. We would definitely use them again.

I agree with the majority of the reviewers here. The owners are very nice people that rent great gas golf carts. We rented a regular cart and had enough power for the challenging Sayulita hilly roads. We had plenty of fuel for the two weeks we were there. Can't wait to get back to do it again.

The service was fine and our golf cart was clean and ready to go at pick up. However, the Little Beast is one of the most gutless carts I have ever driven in Sayulita. Part of the reason for getting a cart was so that we didn't half to walk up the super steep hill to our villa several times a day. It wasn't until we were checking out our cart that we found that Town Around prohibited us from even going on some streets (due to steepness), and didn't even allow you to go out to the any beaches beyond Playa de Los Muertos (again due to steepness of hills and lack of power). There were many times that we weren't even sure if the cart would make it up the smaller hills. It was by far the most powerless cart ever. We previously rented a gas cart in Sayulita through a different company on different trip. Those carts were much better and we never had any problems getting up any hills anywhere, and we went everywhere. However, Town Around's Carts were not nearly as powerful as our other carts, and the other company did not prohibit you from going to certain areas within Sayulita like Town Around does. Pretty disappointing. I'd recommended renting elsewhere if you need a cart to get up any kind of hills.

Hello, First of all we are very sorry that your experience with us was not a good one, customer satisfaction is very important to us. It is a shame that you didn't mention it to us while your rental was running to give us the opportunity to fix it, and only when we requested feedback for your experience. If you would've let us know we could have checked the car, gave you a new one if needed and show you that our cars do make it up the high steep hills in Sayulita even though your house was not located in a challenging zone, we rent there often. They are all equipped with Jake springs for improved hill climbing.
It is not due to the car's performance that we have restricted areas. These hills exceed the manufacturer specifications for a safe ride and people make poor choices. Experience has taught us that is better to restrict unsafe zones and lose rents than to compromise the safety of our customers. Additionally, golf cars are usually 2x2 not 4x4, they are utility vehicles not adventure, and we are also very honest about it.
Once again sorry for the inconveniences and we hope that we have the opportunity to serve you again in the future and try to provide you with a better experience.

I don't remember the exact price. It was quite reasonable and not more the the electric models. They have 2 models. We had the cheaper one and it had enough power to take 4 of us up the hills there. The fuel lasted the entire 2 weeks we were there. You can email them on their website for cost. They answer quickly.

Hi The 5 yr old can seat in the front with one of the parents and the 3 yr in the back with the other holding him. In August we have Special Summer rates and a week on our Regular fleet will cost $315 usd fuel & taxes included.

For the dates April 30 to May 4, 2017, I have cars available in our Regular fleet. If you are arriving after our business hours we can deliver the car to your hotel and you will need to stop by the office the next morning to fill out the paperwork.
This season there is a New pack in town, introducing "The little Beast" ​your loyal companion to Town Around Sayulita. Strong, reliable & always ready to go!
The Regular Beastie consists of Yamaha Gas Golf Cars, 4 seaters with security grab bar, LED front and back lights. The Daily rate is $55 usd (fuel and taxes included.) for a total of $ 220 usd for your 4 day rental.
With us you can enjoy Sayulita without ever worrying about having to charge batteries. Our cars are always ready to go!
Time of the rental starts counting at 1 pm and the return time must always be at 12 (noon). Days will be counted and charged according to this time frame regardless of late arrivals and/or early departures.
We require a $40 usd non refundable deposit per car to secure the Reservation that can be paid by PayPal.
You need a valid drivers license and a credit card at the time of rental.
Let me know if you want to go ahead with the reservation to send you the request for the deposit.
Most people end up wanting to keep their car until the day they leave (as opposed to returning it one day earlier) but due to limited availability it's not always possible. We recommend you carefully select your dates with time!
