One of the few places closed to a city of Bayamo is this garden. 20 minutes drive or 1 hour bike ride. Nice get away and scenery with good restaurant and bird watching by the little river

Well worth spending a couple of hours to this little visited botanical garden. The Spanish speaking guide is very informative about the different trees ( about 100 different palm trees), endemic plants, medical plants etc. You have to to take a taxi to get there....More

very lovely for family outing and friendly get together. alot of variety of plants and small wildlife. its recommended for forestry engineers herbologist and any one interested in plant life.

It´s a really interesting visit, for the guide is usually very explanatory, so you can actually grasp the experience. It´s not open on Mondays; the visiting hours for the rest of the week are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; or maybe 4:30 p.m.

Very knowledgeable guide, good bar area. Lots of butterflies and birds. Had to convinced them to take CUC as normal is national currency only
