Over recent years Wallace Park has been transformed. The childrens park has a variety of activities from babies upwards. There are toilets adjacent which are usually well maintained. Football and cricket pitches always well used, also tennis. Good paths for nice walks also bandstand with live bands most Sunday afternoons in summer. Duck pond is very popular undergoing some renovation to the small island in the middle. Always very well used throughout the year.

Always a haven of quite retreat in Lisburn. Wide open space with great paths for a short walk. Some interesting spots along the way. It has open spaces for kids to play football, frizbie etc. Cricket is played here at weekends. Tennis courts are available. There is a purpose built playground. Great for walks or a run.

Too many dogs and too many owners not cleaning up after them ruins what otherwise is an excellent facility for the village called Lisburn.

Such a lovely park for a quiet walk, or a bit of exercise or a play park for the kids, it really ticks all the boxes, even has free parking and and ice cream truck. The park is always immaculately kept. Just a nice day out.

Visited this park with our little granddaughter on a lovely Saturday afternoon. The park itself is very well kept, my only criticism is the lack of parking

Easter Monday. Fancied a cheap and cheerful family day out with 3 kids - 12, 11 & 7.
Found this place on Trip Advisor and thought we'd give it a try. Easy to find. Great parking on road beside park. Play area is huge, with lots to do for all ages. Fabulous range of play equipment - swings, slides, climbing towers, ziplines, basketball hoops, balance beams, sand area and much more!! Toilets in play area clean and well kept. Lots of lovely green areas for football or just lazing around.
Picnic tables in play area. Duck pond. Yes, it was busy, but with so much for the kids to do, it wasn't an issue.
Fantastic place! Take a picnic, a football and you can easily spend the day. Best of all..... IT'S FREE 😊

Great for young and old. Lovely park to walk around, lots of people walking dogs, and children on bikes great place for families. There is a great swing park in it, my granddaugher says the biggest park she has ever been. Bring a couple of pounds as lovely coffee dock and ice creams available beside park. It is free and there is a small car park

Great park lots of space and great for running or jogging has plenty of different paths to take so your not just running round in circles haha. The park also has a duck pond and a play area for kids with lots of space in the grass to kick a ball about. It is dog friendly too which is a big plus in my books 😉

Excellent Park with a huge play area and duck pond. The play area is vast, it's actually hard to keep track if you let multiple kids lose. There's a bandstand and pond. There's always a coffee stall for the parents too. Also, it's a great spot for Pokestops!
