Had never tried Mead before. Tasting staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Gave us the history and tasted 5 different Meads. Not a large place, but well worth the visit. Personable, interesting.

Great place! I've had mead wine once before and was excited to try a winery with only mead wine. It's very smooth and doesn't have that after-bite most wines have. Definitely recommend this place!

We had never enjoyed the new experience of Mead, had no idea what to expect and as yet hard to define as is so unique a flavor experience. Well worth the visit and the fee for tasting.

Martin Brothers is a must stop for a whole different wine tasting experience. Their wine is made with honey instead of grapes. Although more expensive than other wines, it's definitely worth experiencing. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with one of the Martin Brothers while we...More

The mead was delicious! This was also the best tasting experience we had. The staff was so nice and actually gave an explanation of the mead, how it was made, and the notes. Almost none of the other wineries in Hermann did that, which was...More

We had not heard of this new winery until we got into town. Looked them up and found out they specialize in honey or mead wine. Have only had one other honey wine in Florida so we were interested. Some of the most outstanding wine...More
