This was the first Missouri winery we discovered many years ago, and we have returned periodically ever since to enjoy their historic building (on the National Register), sample wine, and usually depart with some German-style sausage for a picnic.

Really enjoyed the staff! They were knowledgeable and friendly while we tried the wine. Bought a wine rack and a couple bottles to display until we pick the right night to enjoy them.

We went to celebrate Octoberfest and stopped here to eat. The brats were good and so was the wine. We didn't get into the winery but the place was full and people were dancing. Next time we will go inside because it sure looked fun!

Because this is almost the first stop in to Hermann, it was crowded. Wines are on the expensive side here.
