We were in town for only one day and really struggled with where to spend our time. We found this location on line and we were so very glad we did. My wife and I took the 2 hour wagon tour around the property and it was amazing. One if the best things we did the entire day. Great history, enjoyable buildings and very professionally done. I'd recommend this wagon tour to anyone coming through.

Very historical place of interest. Highly recommend taking the tour. A bargin @ $18. Tour guide was very knowledgeable of the farm. Rode in a wooden, covered wagon pulled by a tractor so pictures could be easily taken. Have done an excellent job in restoring/reconstructing property, buildings and cemetaries.

We went on a friday in October. The best part was the buildings in the front before you even get on the guided part of the tour. Great history of the area. The farm was pretty. Still in a growth period. Transitioning I think. Very friendly staff. If you aren't able to be around farms, it's a great introduction. Nice to have some history of the area :) Minor, but if the staff is dressing for historic value, it should be head to toe or don't bother.
