We did not take the dinner cruise, we took an early afternoon cruise. We had a very nice time on the boat .The captain was both very informative and funny.

On July 24th we booked a Dinner Cruize for Sept 24th which was available on their website. We were required to pay in advance to book. On the website and on my booking it states: "Non-refundable,cannot be rescheduled: Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event." When we arrived it was closed. I called the number and it said that there was not dinner cruize that date. They returned my call the next day and stated that they had not received enough bookings and cancelled the cruize. They had left messages and e-mails to reschedule (see statement above), but we were not home to receive them. We were on a schedule and could not have changed anyway. There is nothing on the website or my booking statement about cancelling for not enough bookings. They post the schedule, they require advance payment, they should have run the cruize as scheduled. Taking payment for a service or product and not providing that service or product could be considered "fraud". The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If they need more bookings, schedule fewer days, then the customer could rely on the "guaranteed" place on the cruize.

Very relaxing, we sat on the top deck so we could see both sides of the river, very relaxing, learned some historic points about the Hannibal area. Was windy, so we went to the cabin and enjoyed a glass of wine. Planning to do the dinner cruise.

My favorite part was seeing Jacksons Island and having drinks on the top deck. They give you a short ride up the river so that you can see the lighthouse from the water and then they take you down river, before coming back. The Captain tells you facts about the river and the history of the area. I had thought that more would be said about Samuel Clemens and his childhood on the river, but it was very informative. They have a bar and snacks for sale on the boat and a very cute gift shop, where the boat is docked. All of the employees were very nice and made our experience extra special. I went on the 1 hour sightseeing tour and I highly recommend it!!

Enjoyed an early afternoon cruise on the riverboat. Snacks and beverages were available. We chose to sit outside for the entire tour which lasted approximately one hour. The experience was very relaxing.
