Beautiful Mansion
Sep 2020 • Couples
The Mansion is beautifully preserved. Our guide, Warren, was very knowledgeable about the Mansion and it's history. He made the tour fun for all in our party. If you make it to Hannibal visit the Mansion!

Great tour

We found the tour offered by Juan to be informative and entertaining. This remarkable mansion features many interesting touches that were ahead of their time.

Plan to stay our next time to Hannibal!
Nov 2020
We visited the Mansion in September 2019 and had to come back! The story behind this fabulous vision of early 1900's is fascinating. Juan does a great tour with lots of detail yet plenty of time to look around and enjoy the ambiance. There is a Mark Twain connection, but the focus is on the family of John Cruikshank, Jr. This is definitely worth a visit if you are in the vicinity. Lots of restoration work in Hannibal.

Get away
We Love to explore Hannibal. This was our 1st time to the mansion. A beautiful home with great history. Our only disappointment was the fact that the gas and the tour guide were not wearing masks during a global pandemic! The lack of respect made us very uncomfortable..

This is a fascinating house. We loved the tour - even our 10-year old and 12-year-old twins were rapt with awe. Definitely put this on your list if you are in the Hannibal, MO area.

Stepping back in time! An awesome experience!
Nov 2020 • Couples
This is by far the best bed and breakfast we have ever visited. My wife and I have been there twice and will continue to go in the future. Warren and Juan are the perfect hosts. The best coffee I have ever had and the breakfast rivals 5 star restaurants. Wine and cheese is at 5pm and worth enjoying for good company and to talk about the museum of a mansion what Rockcliffe is. I can't say enough good things about the mansion. If you want to experience stepping back in time to the early 1900s, this is the place to go, from the original style beds and furnishings to the original bathrooms. The tour is worth the time to get a grasp as to what the mansion and family is all about.

Must Stay!
Nov 2020
My partner and I stayed here for our weekend getaway Baby-moon and we could not have asked for a better experience. Warren and Jaun (owners and tour guides) were incredible hosts and do an amazing job keeping the mansion historically accurate. Not only did they provide us with a great stay but they also suggested nice places to visit throughout Hannibal. Whether you are thinking about spending the night or taking the tour, the answer is yes! (But trust me when I say that the breakfast Jaun cooks is enough reason to stay overnight!) Thankful for such an incredible vacation!

Amazing house!
Oct 2020 • Couples
The whole tour was great. Juan (guide & owner) was so nice, knowledgeable, friendly, & funny. The house was built between 1989 & 1900, but had some surprising modern conveniences. Beautiful woodwork throughout the house, multiple fireplaces, incredible light fixtures, & interesting furnishings. We learned a lot & really enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend taking the tour of this amazing house!

Check this place out!

Don't know if I'd want to spend the night here, BUT the tour of the house is unbelievably AWESOME! We got to see 3 floors, with almost completely original furniture, down to the knick knacks. Warren tended to be way too dramatic in his presentation, but the composition of it was GREAT! Hope they can get the outside as up to snuff as they've done indoors. There was a $12 charge, which I thought was steep going in, but didn't mind so much once I'd taken the tour.
