Zippy’s gave us a one-of-a-kind amazing experience. We were out on our first family vacation with our toddler, and the weather was just not cooperating. As a wheelchair user, there are only so many things that I was able to do, and then multiplied by the weather, we were striking out all over the place. I called and told them how I was dying to zipline, and I had never done it before, and they made it happen! We had the best time and really enjoyed meeting their dog and seeing all the amazing eco-friendly projects they had going on. I’d definitely go back.

We had a good experience zip lining at this facility. Staff were knowledgeable, intelligent, enthusiastic and informative and they do a good job running this facility. Safety is a top concernat this place. I believe they said they never had an action in lemony years they had been open. Anyway, they have good safety precautions on each of the three ziplines that we did.

The cables were frayed. The risk of injury is high. Everything is home-made. Home-made zip lines pose a much greater threat of injuries than professional ones. Ask to see a copy of their inspection report and find out if they’re fully insured. If you decide to take the risk, then err on the side of caution and make sure you get travel insurance. Zip lining is usually covered by travel insurance plans but you should check to make sure.

My Dad, brothers and I were looking for something to do down at the lake outside of boating and golfing. We thought we’d look into ziplines and came across Zippy’s. You could really make it an all day affair. Plenty to do aside from the main attraction of 3 ziplines. Toss around bags, lounge in hammock, take in the beautiful views, or just relax! Fun for all ages. Will definitely be back with friends or nieces and nephew and little brother too. Thanks again for a great time!
