Home to over 500 rare and endangered animals from all over the world representing 56 species. We have camels, kangaroos, lemurs, buffalo, omnivores, deer and we are home to many rescued large reptiles and tropical birds too! We have just added some cats to our park including Caracals and Servals. There is plenty to see in our 4 mile drive thru and petting zoo with walk thru area too! Come during one of our bottle feeding times and you will get to help our zookeepers bottle feed baby animals! Newly added this past summer we opened a new wing to the Walk Thru to include a Ring-tailed Lemur Exhibit, an American Alligator Poll and the Prarie Dog Town! Open everyday, year-round! Have a bigger family? Promised Land ZOO now offers a special Family Rate that will allow you to bring all the kids you want at a discounted rate (see our website for details). Also look to our website for personal tour, group tour and special party information. Bottle feedings daily.

I took my husband to Eureka Springs for his birthday and we saw the signs for Promised land zoo. I looked them up online and saw that they did private tours. Everyone that we talked to about setting it up was extremely helpful. When we arrived the next morning (several hours early) the ladies up front were more than willing... More

Reasonably priced, the animals seem well taken care of. Very clean facility. The staff was friendly and seem to really care for the animals. It's one of those places where you can enjoy your visit and not have concern for the animals because you can tell that it's more than a paycheck, its a calling. We enjoyed the drive through... More

Love this place!! Lots of different species, the petting zoo portion is great!!! Sort of "in the middle of nowhere", about 45 min drive from Branson, but signs direct you easily off hwy 86

Near death experience today. We visited this wild animal safari. I was having such a blast feeding these droves of deer, so many different varieties. Then I decided to try for a selfie with my pals. I got this picture then turned back around to a lethal animal's face inches from mine! I screamed bloody murder. All the animals but... More

Experience of a lifetime! Private tour for three adults provided by Josh. I cannot say enough about Josh and the Promised Land Zoo team in Eureka Springs, AR. Seeing their animals up close and personal was amazing. I can't tell you how many times I said I'm hand feeding a BUFFALO!!!!! Not to mention hand feeding the lemurs. Oh what... More

We arrived for 4 o'clock feeding, and it has ended for the year. Staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged us. We did have a lot of fun walking around looking at the petting zoo and drive through park. The animals are well cared for. Possibly the best part of our visit was the parakeet feeding. I made our own feeding... More

Had a large group in for a wedding in Eureka Springs AR and needed something fun to do with the kids. Had a large group and everyone enjoyed the drive through zoo and feeding the parakeets. Wonderful time! Found it a little high priced for the adults, but overall very worthwhile and definitely would recommend it and go again!

This is a great zoo with both drive-thru and walk-thru portions. In the walk thru portion you can feed and pet a variety of animals from pigs and goats to prairie dogs and llamas. We arrived at feeding time and were able to hand feed a banana to the lemurs. The drive thru portion features animals like caribou and antelope... More

We decided to do the Personal Tour. Both of us are over 50 and love animals. It was great to be able to ride with Jungle Josh and be told facts about the animals. We were able to ride a in UTV - 4 seater and get out at some of the enclosures and feed the animals. It was really... More

We visited with a large group and drove over from Branson. It is a long car ride (an hour) but it was worth it to see the look on the kids faces when we drove thru and saw all the animals. There were not as many animals out as we expected and it took us total about 30 minutes to... More
