What is it with and theaters now? The popcorn isn’t good or fresh. Snacks are fifty bucks for four people and clearly if you are not in the club you are second class or less. Out popcorn was all kernels and bits. There was no butter in the servers. If you want flavor pay extra. If you want cheese pay extra. No policing of audience means I got to sit next to some one who was invoked in texting and some kind of interactive experience. My grandson likes the seats.

Great Cinema experience

My only complaint is that I don’t have a theater like this close to where I live.
This was a fantastic experience all around. The screen size and the sound was excellent. I think one thing that could make it better is if AMC will put in a Dolby Cinema at this location. An IMAX would be interesting at a dine in theater as well.

I was so happy that a Cinema was showing Peanut Butter Falcon as it is not a typical blockbuster type film. I wonder if this theater would do well hosting an independent film festival.

The dine in food options were very tasty and had a gourmet feel to it.
Even with the drive I will be back to this lovely theater.

Worst ever experience at a movie theater.

Dirty lobby. REALLY dirty lobby! Ordering food took me 5 trips out of my movie. Final trip out, the line was the shortest it had been, so I waited about 15 minutes while my movie played on. Two inept counter workers for an entire theater full of patrons. Avoid this place.

This place deserves a rating of below terrible. Went originally to a screening of Valerian in 2017. At that time, it was what we would expect from a dine-in, i.e. call button for wait staff, menu at seat, order at your seat, have it delivered, reclining seats, etc. It was a lovely experience and we were excited to go back again. Due to schedules and such we didn't have an opportunity to do so until yesterday for a screening of Alita and gone are the reclining seats and ordering at the seat. More seats had been added by reducing the space between the rows. This was apparently achieved by getting rid of the reclining seats which by design require more space between the rows. The rows were now close enough that on at least one occasion our set backs were accidentally kicked by someone in the row behind us. We did not pay premium prices to have this kind of an experience. We had to go out into the lobby to order. The drink dispenser was out of Coke products. We didn't even bother with the alcoholic beverages, though, normally we would have. The staff, while polite, seemed quite apathetic, quite possibly due to loss of tip revenue thanks to the changes that management has made to this location in terms of the food/beverage ordering method. Costs were just as high if not higher than the last time we went when it was a true full service dine in. Imagine paying almost $50 for two burgers and two sodas in addition to the premium price paid for the movie itself. The burgers themselves were passable but given the level of service now offered, completely unacceptable at this price point. At least one other older patron seemed just as perplexed and very upset with the changes to the theater. Will not be returning to this theater. Will be VERY careful online in the future to verify the venue's definition of dine-in prior to purchasing tickets.

Wife and I were in the city for weekend getaway. Wanted to see the 7:30 movie and were afraid it would be packed so we stopped by early to get out tickets. When we can back at 7:00. The show was nearly empty. The mall is pretty much deserted so there was no need to prebuy. The place was reasonably clean and all else was fine.

This place used to be great. The waitress would take your order and deliver it during the movie. It was awesome, you didn’t have to leave the theater to get soda/popcorn refills. Now you have to get there early, stand in line to place your order, then they deliver your food to your seat. Meaning you have to leave to get refills now. Get this, they still charge the same prices for tickets and food. WTF?! So you reduce service but still charge the same price. Screw that place, I won’t be going back. There are plenty of theaters around with more modern projectors and better sound systems.

Nice theater. I'm usually used to Malco theaters. This was my first Amc. I didnt see anything wrong or out of place. Very professional

Worst service ever!!!!

We arrived to the movie theater at 935pm, when we had our tickets scanned the older lady stated seating would take place 30 minutes prior to starting. We were going to the 1030 Dead Pool 2. No other information was given. She sat there blankly staring at us. I asked is it ok to have a seat at the bar and she said yes. When we sat at the bar it was filthy. Used drinks and sticky all over. We sat there for 10 minutes and I eventually grabbed a menu from a patron who had already left. The bartender was walking back and forth never acknowledging us. Her name was Stephanie I believe. Finally we asked if we could order and she said she would be with us in a minute. While we continued to wait she was making a drink for a server and the manager came up to do a void. He had a red beard and was wearing a chef coat. Another lady walked up and asked if it would be quicker to order from the bar. He said ma’am I will be with you in a minute. He just cut her off and there was no empathy or kindness in his delivery. It is now 950pm and the bartender finally approaches us. I ordered a Sangria, which was the worst sugar drink I have ever had. It tasted like it came from concentrate. We asked her if we should order at the bar or in the theater. She stated the kitchen is really backed up and if we wanted food during our movie we should order with her. We ordered from the bar but forgot to order drinks. We left the bar and proceeded to our theater. As we approached the theater there was a server in the hallway complaint about a table who refused to pay and she said she was gonna get her money. As we were walking in the theater the couple was standing outside complaining that they didn’t get their food until the end of the movie. That should have been my sign but still I kept on. As we sat down at 1005pm there was one other couple in the theater. Their waiter came in right before previews, as did the food we ordered at the bar. We never saw our waiter until right before the movie started and all we ordered was 2 sodas. 10 minutes go by and I hit the button and another 10 and the server shows up. She stated she was sorry but she doesn’t run the food or drinks. Another 10 minutes go by and we are already in the movie and our food has gotten cold waiting on drinks. I hit the button again. She comes 10 minutes later and makes an announcement during the movie she is the only server and she is sorry but drinks should be on their way. 15 minutes later we received our drinks. Immediately I hit the button preparing for a refill. She came 15 minutes later and we received our refills 10 minutes later. Also, there was popcorn in my chair and the theater was a mess. When we left the theater the hallway was lined with servers sitting on the floor counting tips and cash. We had to maneuver around them just to exit the theater.

This was the worst experience I had ever had in service. I am a Food and Beverage Manager, and this service is unacceptable. All I wanted was to spend a nice evening with dinner and a movie. This was my first and probably last experience. I expect a phone call or email to discuss plans and actions on how to remedy this situation. I spent over $75 on the food and movie and I am appalled by this.

Horrible service

Took the family to go see a movie for Easter. We sat down and almost immediately put in our drink orders. Movie was almost over with our drinks still had not arrived. I would like to say this is an isolated incident that tends to be the service you get at this place.

Fun concept but dirty

Popcorn all over the floor and in our seats when we arrived. Ketchup remnants on my tray. This is not a healthy environment to eat the food that's offered and served. We expected expensive food but $5 for a glass of soda was ridiculous. That said, the chairs are comfy and it was unique for a date.
