Went their to watch a quartet and it was a good performance with good sound. There wasn't a big crowd but it was good.

Growing up with this theatre is wonderful. As a child through high school it was a movie theater and then before that built for Vaudeville so the inside of the theater reflects that history. Only down side for me is I am a person of size and the seats don't allow me to sit there unless they bring in a side chair. .

The Missouri Theatre, built in the 1920s, is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a gorgeous restoration. The detailed panels are ornate baroque, and the ceiling showcases a huge Italian crystal chandelier. The acoustics are excellent everywhere, with the best seats are on the floor in front of the balcony. We've seen everything from classical orchestras to blues, to country, to ballet, and all were wonderful experiences.

Sounds awesome in here too. We saw Dwight Yoakam Monday night and loved this place! The seats are so comfy and the sound is wonderful.

Beautifully restored theatre with good acoustics. Not really a bad seat in the house. Saw mighty Merle there a few months before he passed and it was outstanding

When ever I go to the Missouri Theatre I am reminded of the great older theatre.
This is a beautiful theatre and there is not a bad seat in the house. Great for corporate events as well as for theatre. Newly remolded, stunning attention to detail.

A grand vintage restored movie theater is the venue for many performances and events. Extra special are those of the Missouri Symphony that forms and performs in June and July each year. Pops concerts, children's concerts, serious classical music performances can all be enjoyed. You'll be charmed by the architecture inside. Bring your opera glasses and grab a seat in the balcony. The sound is fabulous in this small venue!

If you think you might like the show or concert, you'll love the Theater. Lectures, Missouri Symphony, folk and contemporary music, even kid's musical shows have been enhanced by being presented in this venue. Definitely a winner.

This place was designed and built to show movies. It may be usable for live events too, but the primary function is exhibiting movies.
There should be more movies here, especially classics.

This theater is one of the best in the Midwest, a must see. Was there during the True False film festival and always enjoy seeing the absolute spectacular space. We always sit in the balcony.
