Surrealist Ernest Trova (1927-2009) was an American artist best known for his Falling Man series of sculptures and paintings. He was born in Clayton, Missouri, not far from this park. You will find two of his monumental stainless steel sculptures here, near children's play and picnic areas. This is a great place to spend an afternoon with your children or leashed dogs. I highly recommend it.

This park just keeps getting better with age. It’s a beautiful place for a casual stroll or power walk, full of lovely native plants and wildflowers. Lots if people have taken to fishing during these slow days of the pandemic. The Parks Department takes excellent care of the area. A real asset in the burbs.

This Park is close to everything in Chesterfield and is never crowded. Nice picnic locations and a nice paved path.
My wife and I go several times a month. Some deer and always some fish looking to be fed.

If you enjoy a short hike, or a nice stroll through a beautifully landscaped park, then come enjoy Chesterfield Central Park. Central park has a beautiful lake, stream, professional landscaping, safe and secure trails, and the park is remotely tucked away behind the amphitheater. Come and Escape!!

While staying in Chesterfield my family visited Chesterfield Central Park twice and were very impressed. We came one time to see the Awakening sculpture and to play on the playground. I would have loved to stay longer and walk on the paths to see other parts of the park but the extreme heat made it a short visit.
Our second visit took advantage of the heat and we went to the Chesterfield Aquatic Center. Non-residents are charged $8 for admission but it is half price after 5 pm. Our kids have never been to a water park so this blew them away. There is a large kids area and two different sizes of water slides. We loved our time there and the kids are already talking about visiting next year.

Lake, ducks, bridges, walkways, kids playing area, amphitheater, it’s got it all. Awesome place to come and spend afternoon with your family. Take a picnic basket, you’ll stay there all day

This is an awesome place for anybody that appreciates the Military and the Members of the Service. There are stone benches around the Infinity Fountain to sit and admire the the 7 flags and beauty of this place. You can spend time to read all the dedication pavers in the sidewalk. If you want, you can donate to put your Loved One's name and a message on a Paver their Own.

This park is a real gem. The paths are well maintained, and the trees and lake are beautiful in the fall. There are places to just sit and relax too.

Beautiful park with great facilities for young children. The weather last Friday, May 12 was just perfect. Covered Patio with picnic benches came in very handy for a great family lunch.
