This certainly wasn't the biggest cave I have visited, but it was one of the most beautiful. It was well worth our time. Donnie was a great tour guide.

My husband and I like to take tours of caves so we decided to do this one. It was really amazing to see the running water that creates the many formations in the cave. It is very narrow at times. The guide was very informative....More

I take my grandchildren to this. We don’t always do the cave but they enjoy panning for gems and doing the cave crawl. They also have a trail.

There are hiking trails about five miles south of Mystic Caverns at the Buffalo National River which are open. Our only hiking trail was closed many years ago after an ice storm.

I wouldn’t recommend it if they are afraid of heights. I’m sure it’s manageable with an infant secured to a person. However the lighting is not great, floors are wet and can be slippery. A lot of steps and narrow passageways.
