About
AS SEEN ON AMERICA'S GOT TALENT - MASTER ILLUSIONIST! "ABSOLUTELY THE BEST MAGIC SHOW IN BRANSON!" according to Branson Top 10. Taylor Reed started performing at an early age in Texas, winning many competitions & accolades in the world of magic. After living and performing in Las Vegas for 15 years as well as traveling and performing around the world, Taylor and his wife brought their show to Branson where they are also raising their family. This show is the only one in Branson where every kid in the audience becomes a part of the show as well as being one of the longest running shows in Branson! Reed wowed the America's Got Talent judges and audience with his original creation of an appearing motorcycle as well as making a helicopter appear. Howard Stern proclaimed, "You left us wanting more. And I want to see more of you!" This show is a must see, full of grand illusions, comedy, audience participation, and variety. The Reed Kids were also featured on NBC's Little Big Shots!

Taylor Reed is not only a quality and established illusionist, but also a master inventor of tons of tricks, many of which are in the show! My kids were blown away, and I loved the mastery of the choreography in this intimate theater. Making due with only a few assistants who also do all the dancing and stage work, Taylor will leave audiences in child-like awe. He also makes sure to greet and autograph and take pics with any guest who wants to, all with Covid precautions. Highly recommend this show to adults and kids alike! Kids are even free!

His interaction woth ththe crowd and kids during this pandemic was great. Managing to keep the audience involved while maintaining social distancing took incredible dedication to his craft. His illusions were on point, never missing a beat while keeping things fun and fast paced. Looking forward to how his next show will be even better as he grows and makes more original illusions!

We saw this show for the first time it was was great! The illusions were fantastic (still trying to figure them out). He interacted well with the audience and got the few kids in attendance to join in from their seats. It was a good time and we would recommend the show!

I actually liked it all. But my favorite part was when he made the helicopter up here. We were interested the whole time! He did an amazing job keeping the crowd incorporated in the show while maintaing social distancing. I would definitely recommend any one of any age to go and see the show! I give the show a 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

This show is not to be missed if you are in Branson. We are a group of 9 people and the show was loved by all. Thanks Taylor and crew for a fun evening. We are still trying to figure out how you do it!

A corny MC that laughed at all his own jokes and too many solicitations for applause. We felt like we had to clap all the time to be polite. Not that funny and not that many magic tricks. We have an 8-year-old and a 3-year-old and this was the only show we left feeling like it was a complete flop. :(

This is a perfect show for kids thru preteens! The show is very entertaining with current music and fun illusions. My 11&13 yr olds thoroughly enjoyed it. He uses lots of kids in his tricks and there are plenty of opportunities to go up and participate. Go early to see his warm up act Ziggy do the "history of dance". We saw Kirby Vanburch last year and he was very creepy and plugged his overpriced souvenirs constantly. My son missed the tigers in Kirby's act but said the rest of Taylor's act was superior.
My only negative would be that the theater smells like mildew (but it has for years). Also wish he would drop the Walmart shtick.

Thank you so much for your comments. The smell at the theater is not mildew. It is from Kirby's cats. His cats are still being housed at the theater to date. However, as soon as the cats are taken to Kirby's actual location, we will be doing a thorough cleaning. Your other suggestion is under advisement. Thanks for coming to our show!

We took our grandchildren to see Taylor Reed's show and we were ALL so impressed. Love
the way he incorporates audience members into his acts...just really fun. He is very personable
and meets with audience members after the show. His marquee states he will be returning in
Spring 2014 and we are patiently, maybe not so much, for his return.

If you are into watching every single cliche magic trick from 100 years ago, this is the show for you. We could see how many of the tricks were done, and even my 10 year-old caught on to some of them. He even does the trick where he appears to pull a bunch of bottles out of a small box that appears to only be big enough to hold one bottle. HELLO! The bottles are nesting. We could see him step to the side when the girls were supposed to be crawling "through" him. The dancing was cheesy. Pick another magic show.

Ziggy was great and I think could (in the future) pull off an entertaining show of his own.
A couple of the magician's assistant girls were good as well, one was the daughter of a magician (I forget his name.)
Taylor Reed needs to work on his showmanship and in general add more polish the show.
First, it's cute to have your son, daughter and dog come out on stage but if I had known that was the level of entertainment for this show I would not pay these prices for tickets.
Second, you cannot do sleight of hand card tricks on stage. I can watch people doing those kind of magic tricks on youtube for free instead of getting a neck cramp staring at a TV screen 90 degrees to one side during in a live magic show. Just too much of it seemed more suited for a smaller venue.
There was a prop issue during the show and he was unable to perform it. (It happened to be the same illusion he used on the America's Got Talent show.)

I will say that the younger kids were entertained very well and it's very nice of them to give each child attending the show a free (or I guess included in the child ticket purchase price) magic kit.

Overall, I have no problems recommending this show to anyone with younger children. It can work for adults and teens for an afternoon show, but you may want to look for discounted tickets.

After the show they play about a 5 minute clip of them practicing for and then performing on the America's Got Talent TV show.

Thank you for taking the time to review our show. We take valid reviews very seriously and we look to improve upon our show and experience for our guests at every chance that we get. Our show is for all ages. Right now it may seem as though it is more geared towards children because this is the family season in Branson. Therefore, when I call all the children on stage, you will see MANY, MANY children. You seem as though you may have a general dislike of children and it carries over to my children being on stage. Maybe you are not familiar with Branson and what it stands for? This town is made up of family friendly and family-included shows such as Clay Cooper, Doug Gabriel, Presleys, Baldknobbers, The Duttons, The Hughes Brothers, Jim Stafford, just to name a few. The majority of the shows have their family members, including their children, in the show. Even those performers who have their adult children in the show – guess when those children started? That’s right, when they were little like my children. Next, Doug Henning & David Copperfield, two of magic’s greats, plus many more have all done magic on arena style stages with video screens. Maybe you aren’t familiar with live magic shows either? On the particular show that you are reviewing, we did have a technical issue with our motorcycle illusion, which RARELY happens to any of our illusions. I feel it was better to call the illusion than to perform it and risk my cast member getting injured. Again, thank you for taking the time to review our show. Hopefully, now you understand more of the heart of Branson shows.
