Went here with my partner and our two kids (5 and 7). It was a cooler day so we didn't go swimming. But we enjoyed the walking paths, skipping rocks, and dipping our feet in!

We tent camped st Table Rock State Park. Well groomed campground, quiet, clean shower house. Campground host is friendly and helpful. State Park Marina is with walking distance. We rented a slip for our 21' boat, very affordable. Take Rock Lake is awesome to explore.

Didn't spend a lot of time in the park but did do a couple hiking trails and it was beautiful! We hiked about 3 miles on moderate to strenuous trails.

Just throw a line in wherever you like. There's no restriction, as far as I know. The bass is delicious.
