We were told by the RIDE the DUCK captain, that this was the beach to visit, due to no rocks and stones to step on. He was RIGHT. The beach appeared to be clean and the water temperature was PERFECT. The ONLY thing we did NOT like about this beach...were the hours. The close EARLIER than posted and EARLY in... More

This is a nice little beach perfect for families. It was clean and the water was warm and our 4 yr old enjoyed going out and swimming in the water. Its not the biggest area, but there are bathrooms and you can shower off the sand in the outdoor showers. Some tips-if you are going in the heat of the... More

This is a nice place to swim. I would recommend wearing water shoes it can be kind of sore on the feet. It's kept clean.Daily cost is only $5 a car.

A great way to spend the day. Nice walk on the beach and not too busy. Not pet friendly so don't try it.

I love Corps of Engineer beaches & this is one! The water is cordoned off for safety. Very deep for swimming. Large area for a big crowd. Gravel sandy beach but also graveled swimming area. Picnic benches, restrooms, water to rinse off, large covered area for groups or individuals.

We went on a cloudy day, but if sunny I would recommend bringing an umbrella. There is a bathroom close, but no food places, so we brought our own food and drinks. Also, no lifeguards too. It was a place my kids enjoyed very much and only $5 a car to get in!

We came here on a very hot sunny day. Arriving about 10:30 AM we had no trouble parking and were able to snag one of the little kiosk pavilions for shade and a picnic table. The beach is about 125 yards long with a boom to protect it from the lake and any boats. Grainy sand, clean bathrooms and showers,... More

We were looking for something to do in Branson that was inexpensive, as we were paying an average of $200 for just about every activity (for 5 people). This fit the bill perfectly! I had read that we should get there early in order to get a picnic table, and we actually got there about 10 minutes before they opened,... More

Conveniently located and pretty easy to get to. However, the parking is hard to come by when it's hot. Go early to get a good spot!

This one closes in the evening so get there either mid day or earlier. A very nice little beach in a beautiful area. Fun day for you and the family.

Thank Kip D
