Please offer sugar free beverages! And knives!
Dolly, you are contributing to obesity in the US at your show in Branson. You only offer all sugar drinks or water for dinner. You don’t even offer sugar free ice tea! Or a diet soda. I would also recommend offering knives. It’s a little difficult to cut chicken with just a fork. Hope this helps!

    Do it- worth it!!
Definitely worth the money!! The food was excellent and plentiful (the kids had the same portions as the adults- what!?) It was funny, charming, and the American solute at the end was the perfect end to our Memorial weekend. So glad we went.
Hi Shannon! Thanks for the great review and for spending part of your holiday with us! We're glad you had a good time!

    Just go!!
Don’t want to miss this while in Branson! The show was amazing! Honestly I was surprised how entertaining it was! I loved being able to see the horses before the show! The food was good as well. More than enough to eat! Our server was so good! Make sure you bring cash to tip them! I was so glad I had cash to leave a tip!!
Hello! We're delighted to hear you had a great time. Thanks for the amazing review!

Great show with so many great elements!
We really loved this show! The food was expertly served and tasted great - definitely too much food for me! The show was very funny and well-done. A wonderful salute to our country and all that is great here. The animals were amazing - the riders and trainers are real pros. Watching cute children chase chickens and the baby pig race were high points. And seeing live bison always gets to me. Don’t miss this!!!
HI Karen. Thanks for the great review! We're glad you all enjoyed it!

    Not your typical dinner show!
Dolly doesn’t disappoint! We had a great time! The show was fun and entertaining and had something for everyone including live animals and exceptional riding skills on display! The meal was outstanding particularly considering how how many people they served! It hot and delicious and there was plenty of it! Bring your appetite! This was a five star event not to be missed if you want to experience Branson at it’s best!
Howdy David! We're delighted to hear you had a great time. Thanks for the 5 star review!

    Great fun!
We really enjoyed the show quite a bit! Food was excellent (when considering its show food) and the show had variety, excellence, and fun! I really came here for two things though that might not be as reviewed: 1) if you’re with someone who has limited mobility, level 5 can be accessed from the elevator and then is a straight walk in to the seating area. While 6 is the row in the back, it had stairs going up and 4 had you going down for access. A member of our party would have very much benefited from us pre choosing row 5 and I saw staff making accommodations for others who had also booked tickets at different levels, but couldn’t access because of the stairs. I didn’t see what happened for levels 1,2, and 3, but it looked like there were stairs UP to the first rows of the theatre seating, so… 2) Our Server, Jen. L was EXCEPTIONAL! She was engaging, thoughtful, and INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! Moreover, she was able to exhibit an economy and thoughtfulness in execution of her work that has to be absolutely unrivaled! I’d come back to see her at work again, she was that good. If B4 is her section and mobility is not an issue for you, then I’d choose it for her!
Hi there! We're thrilled to hear you had a great time and that Jen took excellent care of you. Thanks for the Great review!

    Fantastic!
Our family had a great time. This is not an event I would normally attend. But, we love Dolly and we’ve heard about it for 15 years… so, we decided to check it out. Food was great. Show was wonderful. And the service was fantastic! It was refreshing to enjoy a family friendly event!

    Times are changing
It’s really changed since my last visit of years ago. I was expecting the show to be more competitive of north and south instead of chickens, pigs, and dogs. Times has changed, I haven’t. I believe in history. Food was good. Marshall did a great job.

One fun and high energy show for all ages!!!
We had a wonderful time at Dolly's Stampede. The food was excellent (be prepared to eat with your fingers ONLY!!!)! Our waiter kept our drink glasses full, including a warning when it was the last refill of the evening. All the wait staff are hustling the entire time you are there. The show and dinner happen at the same time. And the show is rather amazing. Lots of horses and riders, bison, long-horn cattle, a pig race and also a dog race. Dancers, drummers coming out of the ceiling, pirotechnics, great lighting, and some fun comedy made up the approximately ninety minute show. This is an all-American show which will be fun for all ages. And you can tour the horse barn before and after the show. This is a must see in Branson!!!
Hello! Thanks for the wonderful review! We're glad you all enjoyed the entire experience.

    Awesome
Everything was great!! From the time we walked in till we left, despite a travel person tried to discourage us, by telling me, “you don’t want to go there, you have to eat with your hands and the show was horrible.” Everything she said to me was a lie. I am so glad I didn’t listen to her. The meal was delicious. It is very well worth it.

Avoid Vacations Made Easy

We booked tickets for Dolly Parton’s Stampede in Branson. After we booked the tickets, we realized they were booked through Vacations Made Easy not Dolly Parton’s Stampede. When we arrived to Branson, we had trouble finding Vacations Made Easy as the place was not clearly marked and it was wedged into another amusement venue. When we went inside to get the tickets they offered us tickets for $10 to any other show in Branson. I agreed and proceeded to ask for tickets to another show. At that point the sales person stated that in order to get that $10 ticket, I was required to attend a Wyndham Vacation Club sales event the following morning. I told the person I didn’t want to do that and she said well I’m sorry I can’t sell you the tickets for $10. We left with tickets for the Dolly Parton Stampede priced at $90 each versus the box office price of $59.99. Unconscionable. I am truly surprised that Dolly Parton lets this happen.

It was my first time going to the Stampede and I highly recommend it. The entire show is a highly entertaining and they give you SO much food. Don’t let the expensive price stop you from going because you see a nearly 2 hour show with a lot of food.

My family of 6 attended The Stampede on Aug 13. We had been told we would be split up into 2 groups (bought tickets day before) but were pleasantly surprised when we picked up tickets that we were seated together.

We were disappointed with COVID that they did not offer a pre-show. I also missed the emus that had been in previous shows. Due to COVID, they left 4 seats open between each group of guests for social distancing purposes. I have been to The stampede a number of times and this was probably my least favorite production. Personal preference.

Our waiter was fantastic. The food was very good and served efficiently. They are now offering a fork with your meal.

At the end of the show they also released seats by sections to keep the crowds from being crazy and further allow for social distancing. I felt very safe the entire time we were in the building. Masks were required in common spaces and you were to only able to have them off while in the theater/dining hall.

Ok, we are a family of 5 with kids ages 13, 11, and 8 visiting after covid shutdown. We saw Rick Thomas the first night in Branson and my kids absolutely loved it! The next day we did the Stampede. The younger two thought it was ok, food did not live up to what others said (definitely not worth what we paid). The absolute deal breaker was the performers wearing masks. Totally killed the mood. I understand the staff and waitresses but the performers was unacceptable. I would not recommend going until that changes.

The show was nice. I didn’t care for when they brought the bison out and were banging on drums, shooting fireworks, and chasing the bison. The style in which they serve the food wasn’t great. They rapidly dish out each item one at a time with a gap in between each serving. Felt like they were feeding us like cattle. The food was okay but not worth the price. The chicken was dry and only got a fork and no knife to cut into it. I asked for sweet tea at first but after 3 cups it was a lot of sugar. I asked our server for a water and he just looked at me unhappy about the inconvenience and didn’t provide me with one. My husband had a asthma attack from the animals and dust in the show even with sitting in the far back. So if you have someone sensitive to animals and dust I wouldn’t recommend it. With what they are charging they should include the photo they offer at the end that they want $40 for. Over all it was okay, but wouldn’t do it again.

Don't plan on taking photos or videos in the venue as your waiter will be back and forth 17 times during the parts you want to photograph. But the show is good, and the food is relatively good. You have to like eating with your hands, however, as there is no silverware. You get a cornish game hen, a slice of roast pork, a biscuit, a half an ear of corn on the cob, and a half of a baked potato. We had Diet Coke to drink. The horsemanship was excellent. The jokes were cheesy but funny. Eating a woman standing on horseback jump those horses through a ring of fire is alone worth the price of admission!

Dolly Parton's Stampede does not disappoint. The hardworking and very talented staff give a well choreographed performance that is more than worth the price of the ticket.
The staff is super covid conscious - the seating is spaced, temps are taken, spacing is in place, etc.
The meal was great, and a huge thank you to our efficient, courteous and awesome server Seth!!!!
We especially appreciate the shows salute to the military and the great ending.

We had fun don't get me wrong, but I feel like the "Dolly Partons" stampede dinner show is is a tad misleading. Now if it was called "the American Stampede Dinner show" I honestly may have left a higher rating, but I may have not spent so much money in going to this show. The reason I planned on going to this show was because i thought perhaps they were going to play Dolly Parton's music while the horses did their thing or maybe the scenes acted out may have some tie to her music. It did not (one song at the end was her singing and that was it). Check in was unorganized and chaotic. Anyone could go anywhere and no instructions were given once we got inside the waiting arena. Popcorn, drinks, and other consessions were offered and I thought that was a tad odd since dinner was included. It made me think we may still be hungry after the show (this theory was proven incorrect since we were stuffed and had food to go). The food was dinner theater quality so it was okay (3 course meal was given, not 4 as advertised ... unless a biscuit is the 4th course). Our food server Grant was very nice and we appreciated his hard work. One thing I did not like is that while the show was going on they come around trying to sell you the pictures you had taken when you walked in. I'm trying to watch the show while he us giving me the sales pitch, so I told him no thank you. Then I had to listen to other people get the sales pitch and then buy their pictures around me. This should be done at the end. This is worth the time, but just know it has nothing to do with Dolly herself.

I went to this show as a skeptic about how a simple dinner and parade of horses could be worth the admission… I was wrong!

I had an absolute blast! I was worried as the initial seating situation required a large lineup you would see at a top roller coaster, but quickly made sense as to why they do it this way. Once we were seated (normal section without vip) the atmosphere quickly became contagious. I was absolutely enthralled by the talented horse riding and tricks performed by the cast. In regards to the dinner? We had an amazing server who was personable and made it fun. The food was great. It’s not a gourmet dinner, but anyone who has ever been to a BBQ will appreciate it. I cleaned my plate and bones lol.
The show continued on and was incredible. For some reason I was selected to go out into the performing area to partake in a competition and that made it even more fun! The crowd was amazing and super personable. Everyone treats everyone like family or friend. The cast and host are incredibly talented and I was converted into a fan within an hour of being there.

There is a reason why this is the most popular dinner show in Branson. Everyone who works here takes it very seriously and wants you to enjoy.

We saw the Christmas show. Lots of fun. Beautiful horses, talented riders, also dogs, goats, camels, chickens, donkey. Nice Christmas tableau. Plenty of food, too much for me! The MC got the audience involved, setting one side of the theatre against the other. Great of any age.
