Loved the view of The Branson area! Definitely would do this again. The activities to do here would be very fun including a zip line.

The show was well done and didn't last too long. It was a comfortable place to view the show and, even though we were near the back of the room, we could see well and hear everything. The food was amazingly hot and good for...More

Be prepared to get muddy and have a great time doing it! We had a blast. We went in January, it was cold and muddy but it didn’t detract from the fun. Location meet up point is deserted though and no signage to point you...More

The entrance isn’t lit up so very hard to find while traveling in traffic at 45MPH. But once you do find it you’ll be met by a very rude attendant tired of hearing about the no light at the entrance making this attraction a Total...More

This was absolutely the most incredibly fun thing we have ever done on a vacation!! We did the 90 minute ride and switched drivers so we both had a chance to drive. The course was not easy, it was hilly and had lots of muddy...More

We went last night to drive through the trail of lights and it was the worst display I have ever seen. I was so embarrassed for them that they would charge $25 to drive through such a lame display... They didn't even make an effort....More

We had a great time running the backwoods in two ATVs. Plenty of mud and puddles to run through. Fun track to run with hills and rocks to climb over. Our guide Ron was professional and helpful.

I seem to remember that there was something of this nature (but I seem to recall it was in the Townsend area), but I believe that it ceased to exist years ago. I don't have my archive information with me, but I will check my records from previous trips dating back to 1976 and see if I can find it and get back to you tomorrow.

35 years away, what's new? What's different? (2 Replies)
We haven't been to Branson in 35 years when The Shepherd of the Hills was the only theater in town, and it was outside. We'll be there for 3 nights and 2 half days in late May, not Memorial Day. We've seen many, many, concerts, and aren't interested so much in them as we are in things that are different, weird, eclectic, strange, not run-of-the-mill tourist traps. Let us know your favorite not-miss types of attractions, and only the absolute best shows. Ready? Go.

Most of Branson has changed in 35 years. Even what was there 35 years ago and is still there has changed. Shepherd of the Hills is still there but has changed as has Silver Dollar City. The Lake Taneycomo area downtown is totally different. Some new different things for Branson -- ziplines, mountain coaster, Fritz's Adventure, escape rooms. Shows you might want to consider are the Haygoods, Clay Cooper, the Presleys (still there after 35 years), Raiding the Country Vault, Billy Dean,...More
