The Branson 76 strip is a great place to walk from event to event or to drive place to place. It’s still got a family friendly atmosphere with plenty of stuff to do, things to see, & places to dine. It’s one of my favorite...More

I like to just walk the strip, stop in (someplace) for some ice cream, burger, shake, onion rings, visit the T-shirt shops, go into the museums, etc. A great place to just hang out for a day.

This "76 strip" winds along the top of an ancient ridge and passes most of the shows and shops in Branson. If you are impatient, however, don't show up after 6PM unless you are going to a show as traffic is heavy, very, very heavy...More

There is so much to see if you drive down Highway 76 (The Strip) in Branson, but the traffic can be brutal. There is King Kong hanging from the top of the Empire State Building, The Titanic complete with an iceberg, a plane flying over...More

The traffic is just horrible. People driving down the middle lane with no intention of making a left hand turn. So many extended stay motels that look sooo seedy. Branson has a lot to do to improve the looks and driveablity of 76.

Okay - so back in the day, 76 was really the only people would take and it created so much traffic. Then the alternative routes were publicized and they became clogged. So - be creative if you want to get around quickly. Also, it is...More

Touristy section is 8 miles from end to end max. Town of Downtown Branson is small with steep hills.
