- JonInIndy378 contributionsFun Photo OpsThe ticket for the wax museum was a part of the Five'r package when purchasing tickets for Aquarium at the Boardwalk (it allowed us to do 3 of 4 other activities besides the aquarium.) We were able to go to the aquarium and then drive a few blocks down the road to do the 3 other activities we wanted to do as they were all next to each other. Really not too different from other wax museums I've been to before, our family had a lot of fun. During the self guided tour, there were several exhibits where props could be used for photos. There are many figures from the past and the present. The visit was a fun way to spend about 45 min. to an hour.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 30, 2023
- Ellen D7 contributionsA wax-cellent time! This was unexpectedly and by far the most fun we had while in Branson. The props and photo ops were so cool!! The staff was wonderfuland helpful, especially since our ticket broker forgot to email me the 5 admission tickets we purchased in advance. I would recommend it as a must do!Visited October 2023Traveled with friendsWritten October 31, 2023
- Lisa BBethany, Missouri229 contributionsUpdated figures since last time we went!We went on a Sunday morning a little after 8am. Of course no lines. Purchase tickets online. They still make you stop and take a photo with the gorilla hand. It’s been 5+ year since we have been to this one and they do have some new wax figures. I feel like they also add more lighting to the “horror” section which makes it less scary. We did not stop to read every single data sheet on each person. Maybe took 30 min at most. Exit through the gift shop. Daughter grab a reasonable priced lapel pin, but most things were over priced. We did not purchase the gorilla photo but they were cute. Cost is a little steep IMO, still a good time.Visited May 2024Traveled with familyWritten May 26, 2024
- Jessica S38 contributionsOnly go through the wax museum if you have kids over 7It took our group of 5 only 20 min to get through. The figures are very realistic. We were debating if the figures depicted the correct heights. There are props you can use to take photos with the figures. While it was short it was a good and entertaining time. I would not recommend the other attractions for children over 7. Don't waste your money on the full package. Just do the wax museum.Visited August 2024Traveled with familyWritten August 10, 2024
- Cathy H37 contributionsAwesome funThis place was so much fun. They have props that you can use to take funny pictures with the wax figures. They have a lot of the stars. Definitely get the all access pass as it gets you into the house if chaos and there you will have a fantastic time. House of mirrors interactive 5d game/ride and a scarey mini haunted walk threw. I was impressed for such a small area you really have a great time.Visited August 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten August 28, 2024

We did the package to explore all the attractions. The museum was awesome, all the wax figures looked so real took several pictures. The carnival ride was so much fun and creepy at the same time. The mirror maze and miniature golf were fun as well.

This museum is amazing! It's full of very life-like figures of celebrities, and it also has props you can wear/hold for getting fun photos! It also has little signs that have short bios/fun facts of each celebrity. It's interesting to note the height difference between the figures, which I would never have observed (other than by meeting the celebrity in person). One tip: go for the package deal which gives you access to the maze, mini-golf, and two other adjacent attractions for not much more $ than the cost of the museum, and plan for a half-day.

My 7 year old picked this place to visit. Our 7,9,11 year old didn’t know many of the characters but still thought it was cool to see. I do think it is overpriced when all you do is walk through it in less than a half hour.
I don’t think we will visit a wax museum again.

We had dropped several grandkids off to do some horseback riding, so our time was limited. Our 10-year-old grandson decided that he really wanted to go to the Wax Museum. We are so glad that we did! Most of the popular wax figures had been updated from our last visit to the Wax Museum about 7 years ago. Our grandson enjoyed being able to identify the Music Pop Stars, the Movie Action Characters, as well as the Scary Movie Fright Masters! He also enjoyed using the prop pieces to be a part of the vignettes. It only took about 30 - 40 minutes to see everything, and of course take pictures!

Well organized wax museum with almost all of the figures immediately recognizable. I find this important in a wax museum as sometimes all the faces look very similar or all the figures are the same height, both of which are not representative of the actual people. Some of the figures (Lucy Liu and Bruce Lee) were missing signs, but you start with Bradley Cooper and end with George Clooney - so it lives up to the Hollywood name.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid and it’s usually somewhere we stop on a vacation. Its pretty pricey for what your really getting, our young kids just aren’t interested in it except maybe a few figures. Staff was nice enough it’s just a little pricey for us.

The museum has props throughout the building and next to some statues so you can take pictures with them. About 80% of them are very realistic. Many of the statues are set up as a character they have played in a movie. At times it got crowded and we went at the beginning of June. Can't imagine what it would be like in the prime vacation season. Affiliated with the Aquarium..if interested in doing both maybe look into a package deal??

Wax museum was pretty cool. The characters were cool and the museum has plenty of props in order to take pictures. Plus there are 3 other attractions at this same location. I also thought the price was reasonable for the all access pass

I was talked into going to this attraction by a younger person in the group. There were several wax figures of famous people that you could have your picture taken with. Most were stars from the 20th century. If you like seeing a wax figure of John Wayne then you will like it.
