Our guide Olivia was great. She was extremely knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. The newly forming rock formations are wild. The water is so clear you can see old mining equipment on the mine floor 50 feet down. We were sorry the tour...More

I didn't take the walking tour, so can't really comment on that, other than the fact that the steps and ramps to get into and out of the mine will give you a good workout. It's an especially good workout if you're carrying dive equipment...More

We really enjoyed the walking/boat tour. Gavin was a great tour guide. This is a wonderful activity to do, regardless of the weather. The mine has several stories and is huge. I'm not surprised that it was abandoned (I mean, it was a lead mine),...More

It was a very nice tour. A bit pricey for what you get ($27 and $20 11 and under). Tour guide was nice and little store had cool rock and fossil collectibles that were fair priced. We had down to 5 year old walking by...More

I took the walking/boating tour. I agree with most of the reviews given in that at $27 a head you are expecting more than what you receive. I would recommend good traction walking shoes as there were a few sections along the walk which were...More

Visited with family. The mine is awesome, and nice and cool inside on a hot day! There is a fair amount of walking, as well as stair climbing required...I recommend tennis shoes. Boat ride was fun. Wish there were coupons available online...the $27 seems just...More
