Very cool old mine and the boat tour is really neat. Worth the drive out from St. Louis and the $27.

The tour seemed a little short compared to similar tours I’ve been on in the past, but it was just breathe taking and well worth the stop. I felt the tour guide was fairly knowledgeable. I generally don’t expect much with privately owned caves/mines, but...More

This tour is very interesting which includes a pontoon boat ride through the mine. There are 68 steps down and 68 steps up so be aware. The cave was also damp do to the recent rain.
