Great way to spend the day. Drop one car off at the end and come back, walk to five breweries and sample long the way. Everybody is friendly and nobody is in a rush. Great beer at all the places. Not a single person was...More

Although 18km sounds plenty, it's very doable as the majority of the fünf seidla weg is flat(ish!). The breweries and their beer gardens are well positioned to allow for breaks throughout the day.

This fairly easy hike takes walkers up and down hills, through the forest and past several villages with the reward of very decent beer and traditional Bavarian fare at five breweries along the route. Would recommend starting early to cover the entire stretch with time...More

Great adventure through the Nürnberg outdoors. I would consider this a must if the weather allows. The hike is not very difficult and the reward is definitely worth it. Fresh German beer from some of the best local breweries in the area.

What a great day! We walked between the 5 breweries taking most of the day & clocking about 11 easy kms through field and forests. All of the breweries do very similar beers (Helles, Dunkel, Weiss & Dunkel Weiss) but a great atmosphere all the...More
