Down home fun! Southern hospitality at its finest. Not only was the staff friendly, but so were the locals.

The casino was ok. It was smoky but that is to be expected being that smoking is allowed. Cleaniless was ok, not great.

My room was free, but my friends paid for their rooms. Overall, we were very pleased with the rooms, with the exception of housekeeping. Our beds were not made! When we called late in the afternoon, a supervisor came and was very apologetic and nice. She offered to get clean sheets and have our beds made, but at that hour... More

They advertised free t-shirts but what they didn't tell you was that you had to spend a bunch of money first. Gold Strike or Hollywood much better casinos.

Two night stay. Used to stay at Hollywood across the street, but they now have a $7.00 per night resort fee. So it's back to Sam's Town and to my surprise they have replaced all their uncomfortable beds with really nice new ones. My only complaint is the hot tub is not hot anymore.

We wanted to return to Sam's Town again this summer on our trip to Tunica, as we remembered that their buffet had complimentary wine & beer (which none of the others had). The payouts on the machines seemed pretty tight, as in years past. One thing that was kind of nice, was that they got rid of the continuous card... More

Sam's Town has a lot of variety in their slot machines. They were a bit crowded on the Friday we were there, but not too crowded so that we couldn't find a place to play. I saw slot machines there that I hadn't seen at other casinos.

We got there yesterday (Wednesday) around 12;30pm. Since we had just retired and moved back to this area thought we would take a trip and check out the Sam's Town Casino Walked up to get a new card, the young lady is leaned back against chair and the outward attitude you could tell she could care less if she was... Clean friendly environment. Would visit this casino again. You can walk from across the street to Hollywood Casino too. The food breakfast buffet is wonderful. Great Omelets.
