The venue is faurly small, so there really isn't a bad seat in the house. Just be aware that the seating is not stadium style...the floor is level and the person in front of you is at the same level you are. If they are tall, you can't see the stage. If they stand up, you can't see the stage.... More

Went to see Buddy Guy...this is an amazing place for a concert...very good seating. My only issue is with the bartending...you talking about slow!!! They were like robots that need some A-1 oil...maybe because you share tips you don't need to work fast.

Perfect setting...not a bad seat in the house. If you are into drinks, the bar is right there at the back of the arena. We had seats about 10 rows back and felt like we were on the front row due to the raised section over the orchestra section.

It's intimate, not a bad seat in the house but large enough to attract major acts. It has a large full service bar and lively casino attached.

I've seen many concerts here. Easy Parking, easy in and out of the venue, great places for dinner before or after and of course the casino. Floor seats up front are the best. Front row balcony seats are good except that the railing blocks part of your view. It is not overcrowded with seats and is easy to move around.... More

We got to our seats to see Weird Al show, there was already people taking more than one seat which made me sit with the end of my seat in the middle of my bottom. Which caused other people to not be able to sit. Disconnect these chairs. Staff can see this and seem to careless.

Went to the DWTS show on 29 Dec 2014 Bought the "Best Seats" I was shocked they were in the balcony. Found the seats in section 406 row three to be obstructive view as you can't see the right side of the stage. On a serious note you go up to the balcony on an elevator. when you ask about... More

Was a clean place, the layout was great. The only problem is the chairs are connected. But overall the best experience in a casino showroom!

Visit the Horseshoe Casino to see this...it's free and worth looking at all the displays for the Blues fans. You need at least an hour or so for this.

Went to the Earth Wind And Fire Concert here and the place looked pretty old. There were folding chairs to sit in which was odd. It is not real big and could be a nice venue if they would remodel it. The sound was good though, the concert was great.
