Definitely worth the stop as this house is full of history, furniture, information. The gardens are beautiful with great views. There is a great restuarant on site as well.

Yes there is a Bus service from the City to Carrick Hill. No.171 Bus service from Currie Street stop E3 to stop 16A and follow sign along Rectory Walk (off Carrick Hill Drive) to pedestrian only entrance.
