The visit took about ten minutes as all but one of the galleries were closed. It looked like work was being done on the other galleries so maybe they will have something soon??

Very comprehensive and sensitive depiction of Mississippi's history that combined colonial paintings and modern art into a coherent narrative of the state's past. Acknowledgment of Native American and African American experience is impressive.
