Good place science lovers

A good indoor place for kids and adults. It has a 2 headed snake for everyone to see. Fish tanks, stuffed wildlife, bones, and nature trail are their attraction.

In addition to the museum, we enjoyed the walking trails located behind the museum. The exhibits are displayed very well.

At the Museum for the next few months is an exhibit called Goosebumps. This exhibit will allow you to face your fears. Great fun for the entire family. If you have not found this Museum before you are in for a real treat!

One of my favorite places to take my grandchildren. It's not overwhelming and usually has a special exhibit in addition to the Mississippi related themes. The fish tanks are delightful, and it's child friendly and safe. This is not a huge center, but a delightful one that we return to regularly.

One of the best natural history museums in the South, if not the country. The layout flows in a logical, easily understandable manner and the exhibits are first rate in every respect. There are ample opportunities for children to interact and learn.

We go to the museum regularly to have a date day. Never disappointed. Lots to look at. The trails behind the museum are also fun. Don't let the word museum fool you!

It's a beautiful museum with tons of exhibits and fossils for the family to enjoy. My favorite part was the aquarium that ranges from local to exotic fish.

Amazing exhibits. Just the right size to do it in a day. Bring your walking shoes, there are great trails around the museum. Also, bring a snack. There is not a snack bar or anywhere convenient for food and you wont want to leave when you get there. The two headed snake will have us coming back over and over.... More

Great time at the museum. Very interesting and entertaining exhibits. The kids especially liked the aquariums in addition to the snakes and alligator exhibits. The museum keeps the exhibits fresh and rotates various themes. Will be returning soon. Takes about 2 hours to see it all. Geologists will enjoy many the exhibits also.
