What you see is what you get, and what you get is a giant rocking chair. Fortunately it costs nothing to see and it is fairly accessible.
No you can't climb it, and ten minutes at the site and you are set for life. There is a placard with the pertinent facts placed at the base of the chair for those who wish to get some of the background on how this colossal piece of furniture came to be. So if you are looking for some kitch to capture for your next Facebook profile pic, then this chair fits the bill.

We were stopping in a hotel a few minutes drive away so decided to pop it. It is literally a rocker in a carpark that used for advertising. Cool we can day we've seen the world's biggest rocking chair though...?

Free and big. Worth a stop. Great photo op, and takes just minutes.
You can even pose on the chair. The location was very close to a great zip line we did.

It's a big rocking chair. Worth a quick stop on a road trip to stretch legs and grab a photo. Free, and not too far off the interstate.

This was a quick, fun stop on our ride trip to Texas. It wasn’t too far off of the interstate. Our family loves stopping at offbeat attractions.

Seems there is a larger one in Missouri
Over 42’
See photo
Actually the Missouri chair says largest on Route 66.
Texas also claims the world largest.
Guinness says Casey, I’ll at 56’ 1”

As I prepared to write my review, my eye caught the review by Stephen C from KY titled “Just Humerus.” The rocker is just a short drive off I-10 at Gulfport, MS. We just took photos from the car and drove on....less than 5 minutes. But like the other review said, you can now say you have seen the World’s Largest Rocker! It is 35 feet tall and is chained off so you cannot climb on it. Funny little stop to make you smile!

It takes 5 minutes off the road. It is nothing more than a quick photo stop but just to say you've seen the world's largest rocker makes it worthwhile Just don't expect much.

This chair was absolutely huge and we loved seeing it. You need to make a left turn in order to get into the parking lot from the coasts. Two people gave me the finger beeped at me. These are more aggressive drivers and you will find a New York City in rush hour.the speed limit on this road is 35 there was a sheriff there stopping people traffic including myself was moving in a little over 40 and yet people were beeping at me and passed me on the left in a no-passing!

Yes, it a way off of the interstate, but if you are on I-10 it is worth the trek! We spent about five minutes in the parking lot taking pictures (it was a Sunday afternoon and everything nearby was closed.) My children said, "...it's cool!"
