Riki, the Cooking Professor, lived up to her promise of providing an entertaining cooking experience and we would enjoy eating the results of our (team) efforts. Riki is one of those very talented people who wants to share her love of cooking with everyone. She provided lots of little 1% take homes like how to cut and dice an onion with almost no tears !! I can highly recommend the Spanish Tapas class that we thoroughly enjoyed (eating) and will be back soon to relive the experience with another class.

Spanish tapas class was worth every cent!
Riki made everyone welcome and turned a group of strangers into a productive and friendly team in 2 short hours who then sat down at the end and enjoyed a tapas meal as friends.
The class was informative, fun and the food was sensational.
It was great that Riki also took the time to explain some of the history of tapas, why she used one product instead of another.
I will definitely be back for more of these classes!

The workshop was a gift from my daughter who sadly was unable to attend. I took along a friend who is a regular and we had a fabulous evening with Riki and ten other guests.

Riki’s instructions were excellent, the group shared the tasks in groups of 3 or 4 and we all got to see what each group was doing.

Through the preparation Riki gave us numerous tips which cannot be learnt from following a recipe. These included a simple but effective way of dicing an onion (no tears) and advice on when to add each of the spices and different types of the seafood used.

Riki pre prepared the ingredients for the Churros, which she cooked at the end.

The resulting Paella was delicious and the Churros the best I have ever tasted.

I look forward to returning and will treat my daughter next time.

This is normally a cooking teaching venue but we decided on one of their other options. We visited with friends for a sit down pre cooked meal. It featured Paella and a range of tapas.

The seating is at long tables to be shared with others and they provided a Spanish dancer mid meal. The chef also came out to introduce themself and to ask the patrons if they enjoyed their meals.

All of the food was delicious and more than enough for all to enjoy. Great experience and would recommend.

Unfortunately an absolute fail and definitely not worth $140! Both pastries were a disaster and the finished products were nothing like we were expecting to get. The chef kept apologising and the class went over by 45 mins. Badly organised and run. Won't go back or recommend

Such a good night with a very friendly, knowledgeable instructor. Very easy instructions, everything laid out well with plenty of room to move about. The food was absolutely delicious, loads of it and we all took something home as we couldn't eat any more! Loads of parking available too. I've already booked in for another course!

We did a two and half hour Vietnamese cooking class last night.
The class started on time and we had 14 people in the class.
The chef Mark and his assistant dan were both excellent.
Preparing all the meals was shared by us all, so we got hands on.
Then came the treat of eating all that we had cooked and it was all very tasty and the smells coming out of the kitchen were unbelievable.

The perfect team-building activity for those who love pasta and get their staff out of the office. We split our group of 16 into pairs, but it honestly ended up becoming a large group activity as we all hopped around the room chatting and watching one another getting our hands dirty. Open and clean kitchen, delicious food and a well-experienced and patient chef teaching us his pasta-making skills. Will most definitely be back for another workshop as a team!

Great night, easy to follow instructions, delicious food. Riki makes cooking so enjoyable and points out when things go wrong what to do. All finished off with a huge feast. Lovely company and a very hard working lady who does all the cleaning up. Been to a Spanish evening with live dancing and huge banquet. Great gift ideas look it up.

My husband and I took the Jerusalem Street Food class. It's the first class we've ever done. He's a better cook than me, but we both enjoyed the class. Such delicious food and we had such fun making it. We learned heaps of little tips. Even better, we got chance to eat what everyone had made at the end of the evening, and the recipes are emailed the next day. We're definitely going to make some of the recipes today.
