Great evening learning Middle eastern recipes
May 2021
Great evening spent with a remarkable cooking teacher. Learnt some recipes for foods I have always wanted to cook.
I have always loved some of these foods and the recipes we learnt were delicious - as good as I have ever tasted. Hopefully we can duplicate them.
would highly recommend this class and Rikki as the teacher. This is the second class we have done.

Well worth attending the cooking class
May 2021
What a great night at the Cooking Professor attending the Middle Eastern cooking class with Riki. Both my husband and I attended the cooking session and were very impressed with Riki's cooking knowledge, the fun of the class, and the amazing food. So delicious and I now have a real appreciation for Middle Eastern food. I won't be making my hummus with canned chick peas ever again Riki. Absolutely loved the night and the whole experience.

Took our money ... nothing in return! Read the Terms and Conditions...
May 2021
My daughter bought a cooking class for my 60th Birthday September 2020 at the Cooking Professor...After our original class was canceled, by the school.. they re scheduled and then the subsequent class was canceled due to lockdown. We thought third time lucky ... however due to sudden COVID restrictions we are required to wear a mask ... so we contacted the Cooking Professor asking for a reschedule as due to my Asthma I find it difficult to wear a mask for extended periods which we stated in our email... Read the terms and conditions before you part with any money with this Cooking Schools as the response we received was "as per our terms and conditions... We require notice at least seven days prior to your class in order to action a reschedule request. Once within seven days of the class being held, should you not be able to attend the class, you are most welcome to replace yourself with a friend to avoid losing your payment" during the current climate I am all for supporting local business but this seems a little one way all in favor of the proprietor. Thanks for nothing!

Middle Eastern street food class
Apr 2021
We received the Middle Eastern street food class as a Christmas gift, really enjoyed the session. Rikki was very friendly and encouraged everyone to participate and interact. The lesson was fun but we learned many good tips and enjoyed a delicious meal of lamb kebabs, making our own pita bread.

A most enjoyable evening including a delicious Paella and Churros
Mar 2021
The workshop was a gift from my daughter who sadly was unable to attend. I took along a friend who is a regular and we had a fabulous evening with Riki and ten other guests.

Riki’s instructions were excellent, the group shared the tasks in groups of 3 or 4 and we all got to see what each group was doing.

Through the preparation Riki gave us numerous tips which cannot be learnt from following a recipe. These included a simple but effective way of dicing an onion (no tears) and advice on when to add each of the spices and different types of the seafood used.

Riki pre prepared the ingredients for the Churros, which she cooked at the end.

The resulting Paella was delicious and the Churros the best I have ever tasted.

I look forward to returning and will treat my daughter next time.

A great tapas evening
Oct 2020
Such a good night with a very friendly, knowledgeable instructor. Very easy instructions, everything laid out well with plenty of room to move about. The food was absolutely delicious, loads of it and we all took something home as we couldn't eat any more! Loads of parking available too. I've already booked in for another course!

Great fun
Jul 2020
My husband and I took the Jerusalem Street Food class. It's the first class we've ever done. He's a better cook than me, but we both enjoyed the class. Such delicious food and we had such fun making it. We learned heaps of little tips. Even better, we got chance to eat what everyone had made at the end of the evening, and the recipes are emailed the next day. We're definitely going to make some of the recipes today.
