I've been here by myself, taken the grandchildren and I'll go again, GLW! Visits there inspired me to starting building structures for my ICRR HO scale version of Cleveland at its zenith of passenger and freight train days. Lisa Miller is wonderful director and she...More

The lady in charge gave lots of information and the 2 senior volunteers in charge were lovingly taking care of the trains and so much more to see, they have a little office and information about how the African-Americans used to place the tracks.

I accompanied my child's pre-K class on a field trip. Exhibits were geared towards all ages. All children and adults had fun. Staff was helpful.

We took our nearly 13 year old daughter and she loved it. There was a Scavenger Hunt for cows in the model train. We had two teams and competed to be the first to find them all. The "conductors" were running the trains. There are...More

History of railroads in and around Cleveland with added bonus of a large layout of model trains, all up and running. The volunteer staff were all friendly and answered any questions. Lady who greeted us knew her history and had some great info.

absolutely awesome and was able to see the train move around the full length track. The attempt to include some of the things that are local to the immediate area like Po' Monkeys as part of the landscape is awesome.

It's not far from the Grammy Museum if you're in Cleveland, MS, and it's worth at least a half hour if not more. Remarkable O-gauge layout of enormous proportions and detail, with one or two train operators who are happy to chat about it. No...More

This is a great facility with lots of history and neat place to tour. It is evident that much time and effort went into creating and upkeep of the museum.
